I had a personal injury/fall and was in a trauma unit and hospital for seven days and had a surgery lasting seven hours. I had to be moved to a nursing home for six weeks to rehab and recover/ Clark came to the nursing home to see me to explain that this was not my fault. He showed so much concern. The only person who will return your calls is James Ramous. And he is not even on my case. I never know who is in charge of my case. They never give you any updates. Took them 6 years to get my case settled. It should have been a year or less. Anyways.. Originally she wanted 1/3 of my settlement which I agreed to.. But in the end for the actual insurance claim which was by far the larger portion of it all.. she took more than 3/4s and left me to take it or nothing in the end. Unfortunately I cannot recommend. After my original 1 star review on here was deleted they added a fake one right under mine that simply said "it was great".. Last name: Clark..... Not very mature. My recomendation is to go somewhere else.
