I found Tony by a recommendation by another attorney for workman's compensation. I have to say that I have nothing negative to say. He is, by far, the best attorney for this matter and will never leave you hanging. If you have questions or concerns, he will answer in a timely manner with genuine concern. He will fight for you until the end and would only make the best recommendations that are in your best interest. He will never deceive you or lead you down the wrong path. Matthew was my attorney, he was always late, not very well composed like a confident lawyer should be. As for the criminal case I needed him for, I should've just went without a lawyer. Nothing could've been worse then his representation. I will FOREVER regret having to use him because the long term aftermath of his counsel has for ever ruined my faith in lawyers. I guess he's got better things to do then his job being a lawyer

Unfortunately, I was struck by a car from behind riding my bicycle and experienced some significant injuries. More fortunately, Mark Altemose was referred to me after my sister, an attorney, asked her friends who they would recommend for a personal injury case. Mark came to my room in the ICU, and shortly after that went to work on my case. I am happy to report that Mark's efforts for me were crowned with success. He was able to settle with the driver's insurance company for the maximum amount of the policy. He is continuing to work on my behalf in a second effort, and I have every confidence in him. I think you would find Mark to be friendly, personable, and a consummate professional. Update: Mark did indeed succeed in the second case in which he pursued since I had under insured motorist coverage (glad I went with that!). Mark sure knows his trade, and in talking with my sister, his name came up again and again, in terms of who was a good personal injury lawyer, and I now know why—through my own experience. He very certainly is a very skilled negotiator and went way beyond my expectations in settling with the insurance company. Beyond all of that, I think Mark is a fine human being, who I have really enjoyed interacting with. Mallory Glase, Mark's paralegal, also was very responsive and kind in dealing with all of the necessary paperwork and related tasks, I always felt in touch and in the loop.

I was in an auto accident in which I was hit by another driver who was deemed to be 100% at fault. Their insurance company initially told me they would take care of everything. Throughout the process they became less responsive and proceeded to try and bully me by forcing me to take a much lower payout on my vehicle than what it was worth Once Ben and his team got involved it was a completely different story.
