Horrible experience with Guest & Brady. Michelle at the front desk is phenomenal and that’s where it ends. No one answers the phone or responds to voicemails, even after multiple attempts. We sold a property through Guest & Brady and it took us 8 days to get our money. First they lost our check, then told us a wire transfer would be done the same day. Only to find out the next day that a wire wasn’t initiated. We had to call every day for 5 days - and were told something different every time. We finally received our funds after 8 days. The process was truly a nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone.
