I was very disappointed in my call with them today. I was hurt while pregnant and they said because I didn't haven't more medical visits then they wouldn't take my case. The intake lady also said bc it's been 2 mths since the accident, that weren't interested in taking it bc it's been so long. I thought the limitations on lawsuits were three years? ! I personally feel that because my cause wasn't a huge top payout case, I wasn't important enough for them to help me. And thats unfortunate. Everyone should be treated the same and equally when it comes to needing someone to help then, big cases or not so big. I feel that because my case may not have been a huge profit, I was turned away and disregarded when I need help the most.

Pay close attention to what you are signing!! Brian will fast talk you and say you don’t have many options so your best bet is to sign. He will fail to mention that you have an outstanding balance !! They only cover providers in their network because its most beneficial to them! He will say we cover all of your expenses! While I began my search for a divorce lawyer I read all the reviews for multiple lawyers. I read a review about the Hayes Law Firm saying she was not friendly. I immediately called her. Linda is representing the father of my grandchildren in a visitation case. So far all correspondence from her to my daughter has been through emails, which are horrible to say the least! Her spelling and punctuation is pitiful. She also has let her client read all emails that my daughter has sent back to her, which in turn causes her client to call my daughter names and harrass her via text and email relentlessly. Linda has not one time responded to my daughters request to get in touch with her so they could speak about the order of visitation that was put in place, mind you court ordered to begin with, that the children's father did not follow. So I find this woman very unprofessional and rude!
