My case took over a year and it always seemed to be on the back burner. I was smashed into by a guy who admitted being distracted by his phone. Easy case but another issue was that my airbags did not deploy. I had front and side. However Mr Bowden never pressed the issue. I am a disabled Veteran and I would not recommend him, sorry he was referred to me.

As a Disabled Veteran, I have an incident that was discrimination against me for my service-connected disability, by a university which resulted in an increase in my disability, which is recorded by the attending Neuropsychologist. This is an official matter of record. I explained this in detail to the firm, and I was just informed the attorney refused to review it. Clearly I was discriminated against by the attorney .This is an attitude of Ameriphobic Bigotry, which is clearly obvious in our society. Don't go to Tim Bowden as he has discriminatory bigotry against certain people. Disabled Veteran are a clear target by him.

I worked for Phillip Miller many years ago, but to this day I still refer clients to him. I believe it says a lot about him and his practice that I feel comfortable sending folks to him. I am still waiting for my case to be settled however I have to say that these people are extremely professional. I am happy that they will actually go ahead and guide me through every step that they are taking with my case. I would have to say that they are a lot better than the TV lawyers that you see that asked if you want a quick check and set you up for expectations to fail. I am looking forward to the conclusion of my case and hopefully if I ever run into anybody who may need a lawyer I would be more than happy to refer them to this law firm.

Our family was dealing with a local used car dealer who took a newly turned 18 year old into their dealership and put him in a vehicle that wouldn’t pass emissions and couldn’t be registered. We returned the vehicle and the dealer refused to refund our $2000 down payment. We contacted Mr. Newsom. I worked with Jonathan over the course of about 15 months on a settlement case. This was the first time I had to hire an attorney for anything and Jonathan made this process as seamless as possible, keeping in close communication and explaining next steps.
