Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. I called them to get advice as to whether I had a claim. And that is all I wanted to know. I had a car accident where somebody hit me while I was sitting still. It snapped my head back and forth. It hurt my neck. I went to emergency room. Basically that's it to keep it simple.The lawyer was suppose to call me. Didn't call me. I called again same thing. They never called.
