Clearly, this law firm does not care too much about people. I made 4 calls over the span of a month and the only return call I got was from the receptionist, who asked me for basic information regarding the case I was hoping to start. What a great practice top to bottom! It is not often you find a lawyer that is as good as Zack at being a person. He will take the time to understand you and your case along with making sure you understand the laws that affect your case. My wife and I received nothing less then a stellar performance! I have to say it's not often you can find anyone that can get you 98.6% of the maximum allowed by law on your case and settle it out of court! In our opinion you will not find a better lawyer. I met with him and paid the $400 consultation fee. He said it was going to be $6,000 to obtain him. I told him what I could pay and when I could pay. He told me a price to get things going, and set a monthly payment. I agreed to his terms. I had an appointment with him the following Monday to give him a payment. He reneged on our agreement, and said he needed the full amount. I told him I couldn't do that, and what about our agreed upon price and I asked what did I need to do. He said I should've gotten it in writing and told me to leave. This case was a labor related case. As I was reaching for the door handle he told me good luck on my next job cause I was gonna loose this one. I wouldn't recommend him not because he asked for the money up front, but because he has no integrity. I said what was on my mind and then left. After I calmed down I called him and HE apologized to me for his actions. In our first in counter he told me he would eat if he was stressed. He is by medical definition morbidly obese. I bet he's eating doughnuts or cake right now.

When I first made an appointment with Mr. Dreiser, I had just recently found out that I had a variety of autoimmune diseases that were affecting my ability to teach. I wish I could remove my old review. My wife and I were in a car accident in 2019, I had two major surgeries and settled 7 months ago. My wife had injuries and trauma as well. The office at the time said that they were going to try to negotiate for my wife by not responding to the defense attorney. Seven months later the case is still not settled. I have been following up with Christina almost weekly for several months and just get a "I will call them today" or "I will send him an email right now" but nothing more than that. Had I known I would have to go to work to get my attorney to work I would have chose someone else.
