These guys were great! We had a major accident that totaled our SUV and gave us a trip to the ER. I do NOT recommend using this firm at all. The 2 biggest disapppinments was my Attorney Benavides told me he would make sure to get all the information I asked for and told me 3 weeks I would get my check, it has now been over 2 1/2 months. He will not return my voicemails and only call back I get is from the front desk. NUMBER 2 he did not get the return he told me I'd expect and the money was very low and if I had gone with a firm that was willing to put a little extra effort in I would have got more money and MUCH better service.

If I could have rated this law firm a 0 that’s exact what I would give them. Be careful what you let come out of your mouth! Why is that?! This law firm STOP representing me because I told the at fault insurance adjuster that Daniel Stark were no longer represent me due to the fact she will only speak to the law firm. They were pretty much the “middle man.” Laura was one of the people on legal team and I was told they “assisted” with property damage…..LIES! Laura last came to me on what my two options were with the insurance claim. I didn’t agree with it and rather than trying to help me figure it out or how can we make the at fault insurance meet me in the middle. She was just nonchalant about everything and since she was much help, I politely hung up and called the at fault insurance company. The comment I mentioned above was due to the fact I wanted the adjuster to talk to me instead of to the law firm because again I wanted to negotiate and they just was up to. That being said the at fault adjuster forwarded the voicemail with the comment I made to the law firm and due to the comment I was let go and I told them why I made that comment. That didn’t matter because they still let me go. So 2 THUMBS DOWN FOR DANIEL STARK LAW FIRM!

I still can't believe to this day that I deal with a injury and how they lied and told me I had to settle for 1300 after getting hit by a 18 wheeler. I was told prior I would be getting so much more. Then when the 1300 popped up was told there was nothing that could be done or id owe money in court fees. A complete way to discriminate, take advantage and get rid of me. Save yourself and your family and do not use this lawfirm. I used a different law firm and some how it was handed over to them. Dont use them in less you look like them is what I've learned. They never reached out after my previous review and I am still suffering. Its a pain to live this way. How horrible.
