Daniel Packard and Tayler Torres Miller did an excellent job that led to a successful outcome while providing first class customer service at every step. It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. Just that mental support is priceless. You can tell that it's not all about the money with them. Dustin was there every time I needed him like a friend. Thank you guys. I normally dont do the review thing, however I feel blessed and very fortunate to have had Attorney John Tyler represent my family. About two years ago my daughter Kara Dakota was in a horrific accident and was in critical condition. She spent a week in ICU at University Hospital. By far this was the worst time in my life a parents worst nightmare. Shortly after my daughter being released the medical bills started coming in like clockwork. Even with insurance my bills were close to half a million dollars. My wife and I decided to contact a lawyer to attempt to knock down the amount. We made a PERFECT choice and contacted Tyler and Perry Law firm. My wife and I met with John Tyler and were overwhelmed with his genuine empathy, concern, and honesty which I didn't think existed in a lawyer. John Tyler walked us through the whole thing returned our phone calls and emails and gave us updates. We were completely confident in his abilities and thankfully that was one thing we didnt have to worry about. I recommend John Tyler to everyone that is in need of legal assistance. I was recommended by a family friend to give George Salinas’ Office a call after I was involved in a work injury. I was scared, nervous, and anxious about speaking to an attorney or receiving any legal help. I had never been involved in this kind of situation and didn’t know what to expect. However, as soon as I made that call, all of my concerns and fears dissipated. The lady who helped me on the phone had the best bed side matter and made me feel at ease. I was afraid that they would not be able to accommodate me due to my hectic schedule. But, that was not the case; I was scheduled right away. Mr. Salinas and his staff made sure to put my mind at ease by answering all of my questions. And, let me tell you, I asked a lot of questions! Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

When I was involved in a motorcycle accident and could not get the insurance company of the other driver to respond to me, I knew I needed the assistance of a good attorney. I asked a good friend of mine who is an attorney in town, and he recommended Fidel Rodriguez. I could not be any happier with the way my case was handled and would refer, without any reservation, any friend or family member to them who may be in need of similar services. My case was handled by Nadine Rodriguez, one of the other attorneys in the firm (not a relative of Fidel Rodriguez), who was very thorough and she did an amazing job of explaining the process each step of the way. When it became necessary to file a lawsuit against MY insurance company for breach of contract (they refused to pay my Underinsured Motorist claim despite the fact I had a policy for $30K UIM coverage), Ms. Rodriguez prepared and argued my case impeccably. I am very happy with the representation I received with Ms. Rodriguez and the Law Offices of Fidel Rodriguez. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER attempt to fight an insurance company on my own and if I'm ever in a similar situation again, God forbid, I will definitely seek their assistance. If possible, I would give this attorney less than 1 star. I worked with him briefly and it was one of the worst and only times I had my case so poorly handled. Inclusively, he was unnecessarily aggressive with my daughter because he was corrected. Aside from his anger management issue, the staffs’ lack of coordination and complete disarray while handling my case was amazing. Information was inclusively overlooked and not submitted on my case to the adjuster of the counterparty. I have worked with reputable attorney's such as Cesar Serna (criminal case), Edward Cano (civil matter), Roger Stephens (family law), and had amazing results with them on all the occasions I needed of their services (hired multiple times respectively). My recommendation is to either handle your own claim with the insurance company or keep looking elsewhere and be meticulous in your search.

The initial firm that I hired, drug my case out for years then dumped me because they didn’t see enough “value” in my case. Alan doesn’t just see $$$. Useless. These guys have a really unusual way of choosing their cases nevertheless it seems to me like they're very lazy and don't want to work. I had an employment law situation as well as a workman's comp situation and because of that it was just too complicated for these guys apparently and they passed even though everything I have is documented and I have recorded conversations......... Well they didn't really give me a real reason anyway they just gave me a blanket excuse and that should tell you right then and there you should probably move on if people are not willing to talk to you appropriately
