I hired the Carlson Law Firm after the person who rear-ended me denied having caused the crash. I was physically hurt and put in a spot financially and I knew I needed help. I called them immediately. They steadily fought for liability to be accepted by the insurance company. Mrs. De Santiago was my attorney and she handled my case professionally and was nice enough to explain the process to me in a way I could understand what I was up against. My main point of contact was my legal assistant, Maria Felix who was a Godsend throughout this legal process!! She kept in communication with me and took my calls even when there were no new updates just to put my mind at ease. She was organized, knew all aspects of my case and really just made me feel like family and not a burden. I am very happy with results of my case overall ESPECIALLY the customer service and will be recommending my friends and family to Maria Felix and The Carlson Law Firm, where I know they will be treated right.

I even went to the office and it looked like no one had been there for months Every place that they sent me for care is now calling me saying they never received payment from this company so now I have to pay out of pocket

The past six months we have called almost every week we have faxed and this law firm does not answer I have personally gone to his offices on Cameron Street it is all locked up nobody’s there and nobody answers I tried that four times in the morning in the afternoon and in between good luck if anybody still dealing with this So-called attorney His cell phone number his office number and we have faxed him on the fax number the only one that does receive is the fax number beeps and received a fax but no answer from Chris Mayo

Mr. Mayo just concluded my case and I must say that I am very satisfied with the outcome and therefore I would highly recommend them to anyone whose been injured in any type of accident. In fact I recommended him to my Mom and she too is very happy with her choice. Mr. Mayo was very patient, understanding and kind to me and my family. HE listened, always called me back and I could tell he genuinely cared about me and the family. Mr. Mayo's knowledge was also very impressive, he reminded me of a smart professor - yet he was also a tough guy when it counted. The Law firm of Reynaldo Diaz took care of all our needs during the COVID crisis. We were kept informed of the progress in a timely manner even though things were shut down but he stayed on top of things in constant contact giving us progress reports and always available 24 -7 if we had any questions. Car accidents are the worst. But thanks to Rey, mine led to the purchase of a new minivan that’s perfect for our growing family. When an Amazon delivery van T-boned my truck, it took me over a week to get any response from the insurance company. After learning it subcontracts all operations out to other companies, I feared I would never get anything compensated or repaired. If not for Rey and his 30 years of experience, I firmly believe I would have been ignored. He did all the work for me and kept me from losing my mind at the offending party. All I had to do was answer his phone calls and emails.

We were in need of some legal help after we were involved a hit and run. After doing some research on personal injury Attorneys we decided to hire Mr.Diaz. Mr. Diaz and his staff were always attentive to any issues or question we had. I normally dont do the review thing, however I feel blessed and very fortunate to have had Attorney John Tyler represent my family. About two years ago my daughter Kara Dakota was in a horrific accident and was in critical condition. She spent a week in ICU at University Hospital. By far this was the worst time in my life a parents worst nightmare. Shortly after my daughter being released the medical bills started coming in like clockwork. Even with insurance my bills were close to half a million dollars. My wife and I decided to contact a lawyer to attempt to knock down the amount. We made a PERFECT choice and contacted Tyler and Perry Law firm. My wife and I met with John Tyler and were overwhelmed with his genuine empathy, concern, and honesty which I didn't think existed in a lawyer. John Tyler walked us through the whole thing returned our phone calls and emails and gave us updates. I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did. NEXT day, I decided to call one last time only bc my girlfriend had recommended these guys, so I call again around 9am and same receptionist answered and said he(some attorney) would call me back after the zoom meeting. Never happened. Thanks for nothing you guys. ????????

If you're looking for a lawyer who is seriously going to fight for you, then you need Mr Troy Brookover. I will be honest, my case did take a long time to settle but only because of the uniqueness of the case. If you're impatient and just want money now then go somewhere else. However if you are looking to be VERY fairly compensated and want someone who not only will fight hard for you, but will also treat you as a person and not just a dollar sign then you need Mr Brookover. Not only did he show me that he really cared about me and my case, so did everyone else that was working directly on my case. My very first experience was with Ray who I shared my story with. He was so nice and helpful and anytime I had a question he never hesitated to answer my questions. I feel he personally went beyond what anyone else at another law firm would have. As my case progressed I started working more one on one with Mr Brookover and his assistant Stormie. She is another one that I cannot say enough about. She is one hard worker! As I've mentioned before my case was unique and needed the hand of someone who could handle all the fine little details with ease. She never once showed frustration or complained about having to work on so much with my case. She was there for me when I needed someone to just cry with or vent to get all my emotions out. She was so understanding with me. Encouraging, supportive and compassionate. Mr Brookover was there to hear me out. He never assumed anything about me. Troy’s office was beyond stellar in resolving my injury case. I work for a large insurance company and never had reason to retain an attorney. That all changed in 2017 when I was struck by an 18 wheeler. I endured two surgeries, one being a major operation and Troy and his team were always compassionate towards me. They were prompt with addressing any concerns I had on the case and always put my mind at ease. Because of Troy’s aggressive negotiations and extensive knowledge, my case was resolved very quickly. They have a lifelong client in myself and family! Should I ever need representation I will be returning to his office.

Mr. Brookover is in a profession where people hope they won't need his services, because if they do, it will mean they're dealing with pain of the literal and figurative variety. Thankfully, he and his team make dealing with the fallout of an accident as figuratively painless as possible. I was in another accident years ago, hit by a drunk driver, what should've been an open and shut case, and if only I'd been referred to Mr. Brookover then. The attorney I had at that time made everything such a hassle I might as well have handled it myself, but Mr. Brookover was like night and day in comparison, taking care of everything and making the entire process go smoothly. He and his staff were great about keeping me up to date and keeping the lines of communication open. I'd highly recommend this firm for anyone who (unfortunately) finds themselves in need of such services.

I had a really great experience when I worked with Troy. He was very understanding of the situation me and my husband were in after our accident. At first I wasn't sure if we even had a case, but after our first meeting it was clear that we were victims, and Troy assured us that he would do everything possible to get us a fair settlement. My case was extremely long due to the fact that we were dealing with my son, which in the beginning of it all was just a small child. He recently turned 18 and I must add that me and my son was not disappointed. This is a very caring, understanding and compassionate law practice. They’ve always made me feel welcome as well as my son. They all worked so very hard on our case. Mauze, Vivian Martinez, along with many others always made us feel important and that my son experience mattered. They keep their clients first, treat them with dignity and respect and was able to settle my son’s case with a nice start financially. I cannot thank them enough. They are very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process and there was no such thing as a “stupid” question. Very honorable group of people who work well as a team and never tired of me anytime I had questions or needed to update any of my information. This particular case took many years due to my son being a minor at the time of when I first filed. If at anytime in the future should I need them to represent me I will have no problem with their representation. Crosley is such an amazing law firm. My boyfriend had to use them for an accident he was in last year and they took such good care of him. When I unfortunately got into an accident a year later, and needed legal help I didn't even think twice about who I wanted to use. I really loved my case manager Sharon who always kept me extra informed and even offered encouragement when I was nervous about medical procedures that I needed. My lawyer Dan, is also great and I know has been working very hard on my case which I greatly appreciate. I hope I never have to go through this again, but at least I know I have a support system through the team at Crosley. Even with Covid going on, and limited face to face contact, I never felt I was alone in this terrible incident.

It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. Just that mental support is priceless. You can tell that it's not all about the money with them. Dustin was there every time I needed him like a friend. Thank you guys.
