I was recommended by a family friend to give George Salinas’ Office a call after I was involved in a work injury. I was scared, nervous, and anxious about speaking to an attorney or receiving any legal help. I had never been involved in this kind of situation and didn’t know what to expect. However, as soon as I made that call, all of my concerns and fears dissipated. The lady who helped me on the phone had the best bed side matter and made me feel at ease. I was afraid that they would not be able to accommodate me due to my hectic schedule. But, that was not the case; I was scheduled right away. When I was involved in a motorcycle accident and could not get the insurance company of the other driver to respond to me, I knew I needed the assistance of a good attorney. I asked a good friend of mine who is an attorney in town, and he recommended Fidel Rodriguez. I could not be any happier with the way my case was handled and would refer, without any reservation, any friend or family member to them who may be in need of similar services. My case was handled by Nadine Rodriguez, one of the other attorneys in the firm (not a relative of Fidel Rodriguez), who was very thorough and she did an amazing job of explaining the process each step of the way. When it became necessary to file a lawsuit against MY insurance company for breach of contract (they refused to pay my Underinsured Motorist claim despite the fact I had a policy for $30K UIM coverage), Ms. Rodriguez prepared and argued my case impeccably. I am very happy with the representation I received with Ms. Rodriguez and the Law Offices of Fidel Rodriguez. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER attempt to fight an insurance company on my own and if I'm ever in a similar situation again, God forbid, I will definitely seek their assistance. If possible, I would give this attorney less than 1 star. I worked with him briefly and it was one of the worst and only times I had my case so poorly handled. Inclusively, he was unnecessarily aggressive with my daughter because he was corrected. Aside from his anger management issue, the staffs’ lack of coordination and complete disarray while handling my case was amazing. Information was inclusively overlooked and not submitted on my case to the adjuster of the counterparty. I have worked with reputable attorney's such as Cesar Serna (criminal case), Edward Cano (civil matter), Roger Stephens (family law), and had amazing results with them on all the occasions I needed of their services (hired multiple times respectively). My recommendation is to either handle your own claim with the insurance company or keep looking elsewhere and be meticulous in your search.

If you're looking for a lawyer who is seriously going to fight for you, then you need Mr Troy Brookover. I will be honest, my case did take a long time to settle but only because of the uniqueness of the case. If you're impatient and just want money now then go somewhere else. However if you are looking to be VERY fairly compensated and want someone who not only will fight hard for you, but will also treat you as a person and not just a dollar sign then you need Mr Brookover. Not only did he show me that he really cared about me and my case, so did everyone else that was working directly on my case. My very first experience was with Ray who I shared my story with. He was so nice and helpful and anytime I had a question he never hesitated to answer my questions. I feel he personally went beyond what anyone else at another law firm would have. As my case progressed I started working more one on one with Mr Brookover and his assistant Stormie. She is another one that I cannot say enough about. She is one hard worker! As I've mentioned before my case was unique and needed the hand of someone who could handle all the fine little details with ease. She never once showed frustration or complained about having to work on so much with my case. She was there for me when I needed someone to just cry with or vent to get all my emotions out. She was so understanding with me. Encouraging, supportive and compassionate. Mr Brookover was there to hear me out. He never assumed anything about me. Would sincerely ask how I was doing and how I was progressing. Would keep me updated on everything that was going on, every detail. Like I've said before, he showed me he cared about me as a person, cared about how my life and my family was impacted by everything that happened to me. When my case was finally settled after 3 long years he didn't just say, "ok thank you and good luck." No, he still even went beyond to advise me and guide me with great advice on options that I may look into so that my settlement would last me my lifetime. I will forever be grateful to Mr Brookover and everyone there at his law firm for everything that they all did for me during the most difficult time in my life.

Troy’s office was beyond stellar in resolving my injury case. I work for a large insurance company and never had reason to retain an attorney. That all changed in 2017 when I was struck by an 18 wheeler. I endured two surgeries, one being a major operation and Troy and his team were always compassionate towards me. They were prompt with addressing any concerns I had on the case and always put my mind at ease. Because of Troy’s aggressive negotiations and extensive knowledge, my case was resolved very quickly. They have a lifelong client in myself and family! Should I ever need representation I will be returning to his office.

Mr. Brookover is in a profession where people hope they won't need his services, because if they do, it will mean they're dealing with pain of the literal and figurative variety. Thankfully, he and his team make dealing with the fallout of an accident as figuratively painless as possible. I was in another accident years ago, hit by a drunk driver, what should've been an open and shut case, and if only I'd been referred to Mr. Brookover then. The attorney I had at that time made everything such a hassle I might as well have handled it myself, but Mr. Brookover was like night and day in comparison, taking care of everything and making the entire process go smoothly. He and his staff were great about keeping me up to date and keeping the lines of communication open. I'd highly recommend this firm for anyone who (unfortunately) finds themselves in need of such services.

I have used Troy twice over the years and have been very pleased. Troy doesn't let the opposition tell him what to do. Troy tells them and they listen! I had a really great experience when I worked with Troy. He was very understanding of the situation me and my husband were in after our accident. At first I wasn't sure if we even had a case, but after our first meeting it was clear that we were victims, and Troy assured us that he would do everything possible to get us a fair settlement. Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

The past six months we have called almost every week we have faxed and this law firm does not answer I have personally gone to his offices on Cameron Street it is all locked up nobody’s there and nobody answers I tried that four times in the morning in the afternoon and in between good luck if anybody still dealing with this So-called attorney His cell phone number his office number and we have faxed him on the fax number the only one that does receive is the fax number beeps and received a fax but no answer from Chris Mayo

Mr. Mayo just concluded my case and I must say that I am very satisfied with the outcome and therefore I would highly recommend them to anyone whose been injured in any type of accident. In fact I recommended him to my Mom and she too is very happy with her choice. Mr. Mayo was very patient, understanding and kind to me and my family. HE listened, always called me back and I could tell he genuinely cared about me and the family. Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. He right off the bat gave me his retainer and said he doesn’t work with family law. Didn’t work with my case since it all tied together.
