I called and gave them the details of my case (on Friday) and the receptionist told he would contact me Monday. Monday came and passed so I call him and he told me that the lawyers was going back and forth on the case and that he will send an email and get back to me Thursday. Thursday came and passed so I called him Friday and the his response was that they was waiting on one more questions and that he would get back to on Tuesday. Tuesday came and nothing AGAIN. So I called them on Wednesday and a lady answered and told me that they were still waiting and that she will call me back. She calls back 30 min just to tell me that they didn’t want to handle my case without an explanation. This place is a JOKE! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I have another attorney who is taking my case close to my house. Took him 1 day to say yes!. Don’t deal with them.

After being involved in a motor vehicle accident, I hired Crosley and it was the best decision I could have made! Mr. Crosley took care of all my medical care and expenses and constantly updated me about my case. Even when Covid hit, they worked hard to make sure I was always taken care of and answered all my questions that would arise through the process. The settlement was way more than what I was expecting and I was very happy with the end result! My case was extremely long due to the fact that we were dealing with my son, which in the beginning of it all was just a small child. He recently turned 18 and I must add that me and my son was not disappointed. This is a very caring, understanding and compassionate law practice. They’ve always made me feel welcome as well as my son. They all worked so very hard on our case. Mauze, Vivian Martinez, along with many others always made us feel important and that my son experience mattered. They keep their clients first, treat them with dignity and respect and was able to settle my son’s case with a nice start financially. I cannot thank them enough. They are very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process and there was no such thing as a “stupid” question. Very honorable group of people who work well as a team and never tired of me anytime I had questions or needed to update any of my information. This particular case took many years due to my son being a minor at the time of when I first filed. If at anytime in the future should I need them to represent me I will have no problem with their representation. They treated us with nothing but respect and always returned my calls immediately and whatever they said that they were going to do they did it. Crosley is such an amazing law firm. My boyfriend had to use them for an accident he was in last year and they took such good care of him. When I unfortunately got into an accident a year later, and needed legal help I didn't even think twice about who I wanted to use. I really loved my case manager Sharon who always kept me extra informed and even offered encouragement when I was nervous about medical procedures that I needed. My lawyer Dan, is also great and I know has been working very hard on my case which I greatly appreciate. I hope I never have to go through this again, but at least I know I have a support system through the team at Crosley. Even with Covid going on, and limited face to face contact, I never felt I was alone in this terrible incident.

I hired the Carlson Law Firm after the person who rear-ended me denied having caused the crash. I was physically hurt and put in a spot financially and I knew I needed help. I called them immediately. They steadily fought for liability to be accepted by the insurance company. Mrs. De Santiago was my attorney and she handled my case professionally and was nice enough to explain the process to me in a way I could understand what I was up against. My main point of contact was my legal assistant, Maria Felix who was a Godsend throughout this legal process!! She kept in communication with me and took my calls even when there were no new updates just to put my mind at ease. She was organized, knew all aspects of my case and really just made me feel like family and not a burden. After meeting Patrick Toscano for my initial consultation, I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to explain everything that would or could occur during my case. At a time that I had suspected that justice would not be served for a situation as common as mine, Patrick Toscano was introduced to me by my father. It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. Just that mental support is priceless. You can tell that it's not all about the money with them. Dustin was there every time I needed him like a friend. Thank you guys. Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. He right off the bat gave me his retainer and said he doesn’t work with family law. Didn’t work with my case since it all tied together.
