I have had a few lawyers in my life, and many were not good, selfish, looking for their own interests. Byron Miller of Maloney Law Group was different. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way, gave me multiple options and fought for me to get the maximum that I could. I felt he went above and beyond to help me and to deliver justice on my torn patellar tendon, not just because he is a phenomenal lawyer, but even more so on the basis of his character. My case was extremely long due to the fact that we were dealing with my son, which in the beginning of it all was just a small child. He recently turned 18 and I must add that me and my son was not disappointed. This is a very caring, understanding and compassionate law practice. They’ve always made me feel welcome as well as my son. They all worked so very hard on our case. Mauze, Vivian Martinez, along with many others always made us feel important and that my son experience mattered. They keep their clients first, treat them with dignity and respect and was able to settle my son’s case with a nice start financially. I cannot thank them enough. They are very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process and there was no such thing as a “stupid” question. Very honorable group of people who work well as a team and never tired of me anytime I had questions or needed to update any of my information. This particular case took many years due to my son being a minor at the time of when I first filed. If at anytime in the future should I need them to represent me I will have no problem with their representation. Crosley is such an amazing law firm. My boyfriend had to use them for an accident he was in last year and they took such good care of him. When I unfortunately got into an accident a year later, and needed legal help I didn't even think twice about who I wanted to use. I really loved my case manager Sharon who always kept me extra informed and even offered encouragement when I was nervous about medical procedures that I needed. My lawyer Dan, is also great and I know has been working very hard on my case which I greatly appreciate. I hope I never have to go through this again, but at least I know I have a support system through the team at Crosley. Even with Covid going on, and limited face to face contact, I never felt I was alone in this terrible incident.

I hired the Carlson Law Firm after the person who rear-ended me denied having caused the crash. I was physically hurt and put in a spot financially and I knew I needed help. I called them immediately. They steadily fought for liability to be accepted by the insurance company. Mrs. De Santiago was my attorney and she handled my case professionally and was nice enough to explain the process to me in a way I could understand what I was up against. My main point of contact was my legal assistant, Maria Felix who was a Godsend throughout this legal process!! It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. He right off the bat gave me his retainer and said he doesn’t work with family law. Didn’t work with my case since it all tied together.
