I was involved in a car accident 9 months ago. I contacted Felix Gonzalez Law Firm maybe three weeks after the accident since I was unable to make contact with the other insurance agency of the person at fault. It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. Just that mental support is priceless. You can tell that it's not all about the money with them. Dustin was there every time I needed him like a friend. Thank you guys. Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. He right off the bat gave me his retainer and said he doesn’t work with family law. Didn’t work with my case since it all tied together.

Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

I hired the Carlson Law Firm after the person who rear-ended me denied having caused the crash. I was physically hurt and put in a spot financially and I knew I needed help. I called them immediately. They steadily fought for liability to be accepted by the insurance company. Mrs. De Santiago was my attorney and she handled my case professionally and was nice enough to explain the process to me in a way I could understand what I was up against. My main point of contact was my legal assistant, Maria Felix who was a Godsend throughout this legal process!! She kept in communication with me and took my calls even when there were no new updates just to put my mind at ease. She was organized, knew all aspects of my case and really just made me feel like family and not a burden. Dale and his team have been helping me out for the past 3 1/2 years after my accident with an 18-wheeler. After having zero knowledge of what to do or how to get stuff done, they helped tremendously and walked me through the process of reaching the finish line. I’m glad to have had Dale in my corner. If I could give 10 stars to Sandra I would. She has been everything I expected and more. Being involved with law my entire life I strongly considered handling my case on my own - looking back - I have no idea what I was thinking. Sandra is aggressive, productive, and efficient.
