I want to recommend the firm Jim Adler and his associates group San Antonio because of the experience I’m having right now , they are excellent, they’re very professional and they are always there putting the best of them to achieve the best results in our case , my manager case is Maria Flores ,she is excellent at what she does very professional with knowledge of the case, she always answers at the moment what there is a question or I have a pertinent doubts to the case , she is there to help as well as the lawyer of the firm. She is very humanitarian with empathy towards the case of my mother and mine. She always trying to collaborate and be able to obtain the best of the case that she representing. After being involved in a motor vehicle accident, I hired Crosley and it was the best decision I could have made! Mr. Crosley took care of all my medical care and expenses and constantly updated me about my case. My case was extremely long due to the fact that we were dealing with my son, which in the beginning of it all was just a small child. He recently turned 18 and I must add that me and my son was not disappointed. This is a very caring, understanding and compassionate law practice. They’ve always made me feel welcome as well as my son. They all worked so very hard on our case. Mauze, Vivian Martinez, along with many others always made us feel important and that my son experience mattered. They keep their clients first, treat them with dignity and respect and was able to settle my son’s case with a nice start financially. I cannot thank them enough. They are very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process and there was no such thing as a “stupid” question. Very honorable group of people who work well as a team and never tired of me anytime I had questions or needed to update any of my information. This particular case took many years due to my son being a minor at the time of when I first filed. If at anytime in the future should I need them to represent me I will have no problem with their representation. They treated us with nothing but respect and always returned my calls immediately and whatever they said that they were going to do they did it. Crosley is such an amazing law firm. My boyfriend had to use them for an accident he was in last year and they took such good care of him. When I unfortunately got into an accident a year later, and needed legal help I didn't even think twice about who I wanted to use. I really loved my case manager Sharon who always kept me extra informed and even offered encouragement when I was nervous about medical procedures that I needed. My lawyer Dan, is also great and I know has been working very hard on my case which I greatly appreciate. I hope I never have to go through this again, but at least I know I have a support system through the team at Crosley. Even with Covid going on, and limited face to face contact, I never felt I was alone in this terrible incident.

Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. He right off the bat gave me his retainer and said he doesn’t work with family law. Didn’t work with my case since it all tied together.

I normally dont do the review thing, however I feel blessed and very fortunate to have had Attorney John Tyler represent my family. About two years ago my daughter Kara Dakota was in a horrific accident and was in critical condition. She spent a week in ICU at University Hospital. By far this was the worst time in my life a parents worst nightmare. Shortly after my daughter being released the medical bills started coming in like clockwork. Even with insurance my bills were close to half a million dollars. My wife and I decided to contact a lawyer to attempt to knock down the amount. I have the best experience ever with Carabin & shaw and Mr Bates, when I had my accident back to August 2018 at that moment I hired different attorneys firm that had my case cold until March 2020 when I fired them and look to Carabin & Saw direccion and in the very first moment the started with my case with professionalism, transparency and to be honest with you, nothing I says will be enough to express how happy I am with Carabin and Shaw, I will recommend you to consider your options when you need an attorney. This is a great company. Everyone is so wonderful. They are easy to get a hold to and are very timely on responding back as well as keeping you updated. I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did. NEXT day, I decided to call one last time only bc my girlfriend had recommended these guys, so I call again around 9am and same receptionist answered and said he(some attorney) would call me back after the zoom meeting. Never happened. Thanks for nothing you guys. ????????
