I want to recommend the firm Jim Adler and his associates group San Antonio because of the experience I’m having right now , they are excellent, they’re very professional and they are always there putting the best of them to achieve the best results in our case , my manager case is Maria Flores ,she is excellent at what she does very professional with knowledge of the case, she always answers at the moment what there is a question or I have a pertinent doubts to the case , she is there to help as well as the lawyer of the firm. She is very humanitarian with empathy towards the case of my mother and mine. She always trying to collaborate and be able to obtain the best of the case that she representing. I was recommended by a family friend to give George Salinas’ Office a call after I was involved in a work injury. I was scared, nervous, and anxious about speaking to an attorney or receiving any legal help. I had never been involved in this kind of situation and didn’t know what to expect. However, as soon as I made that call, all of my concerns and fears dissipated. The lady who helped me on the phone had the best bed side matter and made me feel at ease. I was afraid that they would not be able to accommodate me due to my hectic schedule. But, that was not the case; I was scheduled right away. Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

The past six months we have called almost every week we have faxed and this law firm does not answer I have personally gone to his offices on Cameron Street it is all locked up nobody’s there and nobody answers I tried that four times in the morning in the afternoon and in between good luck if anybody still dealing with this So-called attorney His cell phone number his office number and we have faxed him on the fax number the only one that does receive is the fax number beeps and received a fax but no answer from Chris Mayo

Mr. Mayo just concluded my case and I must say that I am very satisfied with the outcome and therefore I would highly recommend them to anyone whose been injured in any type of accident. In fact I recommended him to my Mom and she too is very happy with her choice. Mr. Mayo was very patient, understanding and kind to me and my family. HE listened, always called me back and I could tell he genuinely cared about me and the family. Dale and his team have been helping me out for the past 3 1/2 years after my accident with an 18-wheeler. After having zero knowledge of what to do or how to get stuff done, they helped tremendously and walked me through the process of reaching the finish line. I’m glad to have had Dale in my corner. Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated. I normally dont do the review thing, however I feel blessed and very fortunate to have had Attorney John Tyler represent my family. About two years ago my daughter Kara Dakota was in a horrific accident and was in critical condition. She spent a week in ICU at University Hospital. By far this was the worst time in my life a parents worst nightmare. Shortly after my daughter being released the medical bills started coming in like clockwork. Even with insurance my bills were close to half a million dollars. My wife and I decided to contact a lawyer to attempt to knock down the amount.
