I want to recommend the firm Jim Adler and his associates group San Antonio because of the experience I’m having right now , they are excellent, they’re very professional and they are always there putting the best of them to achieve the best results in our case , my manager case is Maria Flores ,she is excellent at what she does very professional with knowledge of the case, she always answers at the moment what there is a question or I have a pertinent doubts to the case , she is there to help as well as the lawyer of the firm. She is very humanitarian with empathy towards the case of my mother and mine. She always trying to collaborate and be able to obtain the best of the case that she representing. We are still in the process but we hope to continue having the results obtained so far; gracefully and 100 % recommended. Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

The past six months we have called almost every week we have faxed and this law firm does not answer I have personally gone to his offices on Cameron Street it is all locked up nobody’s there and nobody answers I tried that four times in the morning in the afternoon and in between good luck if anybody still dealing with this So-called attorney His cell phone number his office number and we have faxed him on the fax number the only one that does receive is the fax number beeps and received a fax but no answer from Chris Mayo

Mr. Mayo just concluded my case and I must say that I am very satisfied with the outcome and therefore I would highly recommend them to anyone whose been injured in any type of accident. In fact I recommended him to my Mom and she too is very happy with her choice. Mr. Mayo was very patient, understanding and kind to me and my family. HE listened, always called me back and I could tell he genuinely cared about me and the family. Mr. Mayo's knowledge was also very impressive, he reminded me of a smart professor - yet he was also a tough guy when it counted. He had a big presence in the courtroom - I would not want to be on the other side of him. Again, I highly recommend - Mr. Mayo and his firm staff are the best!

I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did. NEXT day, I decided to call one last time only bc my girlfriend had recommended these guys, so I call again around 9am and same receptionist answered and said he(some attorney) would call me back after the zoom meeting. Never happened. Thanks for nothing you guys. ????????

I was recommended by a family friend to give George Salinas’ Office a call after I was involved in a work injury. I was scared, nervous, and anxious about speaking to an attorney or receiving any legal help. I had never been involved in this kind of situation and didn’t know what to expect. However, as soon as I made that call, all of my concerns and fears dissipated. The lady who helped me on the phone had the best bed side matter and made me feel at ease. I was afraid that they would not be able to accommodate me due to my hectic schedule. But, that was not the case; I was scheduled right away. Mr. Salinas and his staff made sure to put my mind at ease by answering all of my questions. And, let me tell you, I asked a lot of questions! Dale and his team have been helping me out for the past 3 1/2 years after my accident with an 18-wheeler. After having zero knowledge of what to do or how to get stuff done, they helped tremendously and walked me through the process of reaching the finish line. I’m glad to have had Dale in my corner. He’s a pit bull. I was very frustrated at times but Dale and team did a great job of explaining things and helping me understand what’s going. I’m glad the process is over but I’m also glad that we had great people helping us throughout all of this.

I recommend Thomas J. Henry with my wholehearted endorsement. While my personal injury case took much longer than I ever expected, certainly in part due to the pandemic, my team at TJH Law was with me every step of the way. Someone from the team was always available to provide updates to the status of my case whether it be upcoming depositions, requests for discovery, and a whole host of other aspects of personal injury law.
