I hired the Carlson Law Firm after the person who rear-ended me denied having caused the crash. I was physically hurt and put in a spot financially and I knew I needed help. I called them immediately. They steadily fought for liability to be accepted by the insurance company. Mrs. De Santiago was my attorney and she handled my case professionally and was nice enough to explain the process to me in a way I could understand what I was up against. My main point of contact was my legal assistant, Maria Felix who was a Godsend throughout this legal process!! She kept in communication with me and took my calls even when there were no new updates just to put my mind at ease. She was organized, knew all aspects of my case and really just made me feel like family and not a burden. I was hesitant to contact a lawyer about being rear ended in a vehicle accident. I reached out to the Toscano Law Firm for some advice. I was immediately put in contact with Patrick. I was recommended by a family friend to give George Salinas’ Office a call after I was involved in a work injury. I was scared, nervous, and anxious about speaking to an attorney or receiving any legal help. I had never been involved in this kind of situation and didn’t know what to expect. However, as soon as I made that call, all of my concerns and fears dissipated. The lady who helped me on the phone had the best bed side matter and made me feel at ease. Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did. NEXT day, I decided to call one last time only bc my girlfriend had recommended these guys, so I call again around 9am and same receptionist answered and said he(some attorney) would call me back after the zoom meeting. Phone consultation was weak and it felt like he did not listen to my pending criminal cases that I have. He kept interrupting and saying he wasn’t following along and I heard scribbling over the phone and he seemed frustrated.
