Three years ago I was rear ended and I decided to file a claim with this law firm and I completely regret it! I do not recommend this law firm to anyone. I submitted a claim with this firm three years ago and within that time frame they have only communicated with me two times. I have called multiple times and I can never speak to the attorney handling my case so I leave messages asking for updates on my case and they never get back to me. I'm clueless about what is going on with my case. They are so unprofessional. I have friends who filed cases with other law firms and they have informed me that their case only took about one year to resolve. It's been three years for me and there has been no progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable. By all means avoid this law firm!! I see that I am not the only one having this issue. Others have posted about their lack of communication and the time frame that it has taken. It is absolutely sad that we have to go through this. I ask that you please take action and correct this issue.

Useless. These guys have a really unusual way of choosing their cases nevertheless it seems to me like they're very lazy and don't want to work. I had an employment law situation as well as a workman's comp situation and because of that it was just too complicated for these guys apparently and they passed even though everything I have is documented and I have recorded conversations......... Well they didn't really give me a real reason anyway they just gave me a blanket excuse and that should tell you right then and there you should probably move on if people are not willing to talk to you appropriately

It's good to know that there is good professional people and an honest caring law firm that people can turn to. Dustin Draper (who I had as my lawyer) ,Crystal Rodriguez and Jamie Dyer, were all really great and helped me during this stressful time. Pray that you get these people on your case. I don't know how I would have made it through all of this without the confidence of having them there to help me. Evey time I needed something I had it within 24 hours. Just that mental support is priceless. You can tell that it's not all about the money with them. Dustin was there every time I needed him like a friend. Thank you guys. If you're looking for a lawyer who is seriously going to fight for you, then you need Mr Troy Brookover. I will be honest, my case did take a long time to settle but only because of the uniqueness of the case. If you're impatient and just want money now then go somewhere else. However if you are looking to be VERY fairly compensated and want someone who not only will fight hard for you, but will also treat you as a person and not just a dollar sign then you need Mr Brookover. Not only did he show me that he really cared about me and my case, so did everyone else that was working directly on my case. My very first experience was with Ray who I shared my story with. He was so nice and helpful and anytime I had a question he never hesitated to answer my questions. I feel he personally went beyond what anyone else at another law firm would have. As my case progressed I started working more one on one with Mr Brookover and his assistant Stormie. She is another one that I cannot say enough about. She is one hard worker! As I've mentioned before my case was unique and needed the hand of someone who could handle all the fine little details with ease. She never once showed frustration or complained about having to work on so much with my case. She was there for me when I needed someone to just cry with or vent to get all my emotions out. Troy’s office was beyond stellar in resolving my injury case. I work for a large insurance company and never had reason to retain an attorney. That all changed in 2017 when I was struck by an 18 wheeler. I endured two surgeries, one being a major operation and Troy and his team were always compassionate towards me. They were prompt with addressing any concerns I had on the case and always put my mind at ease. Because of Troy’s aggressive negotiations and extensive knowledge, my case was resolved very quickly. Mr. Brookover is in a profession where people hope they won't need his services, because if they do, it will mean they're dealing with pain of the literal and figurative variety. Thankfully, he and his team make dealing with the fallout of an accident as figuratively painless as possible. I was in another accident years ago, hit by a drunk driver, what should've been an open and shut case, and if only I'd been referred to Mr. Brookover then. The attorney I had at that time made everything such a hassle I might as well have handled it myself, but Mr. Brookover was like night and day in comparison, taking care of everything and making the entire process go smoothly. He and his staff were great about keeping me up to date and keeping the lines of communication open. I normally dont do the review thing, however I feel blessed and very fortunate to have had Attorney John Tyler represent my family. About two years ago my daughter Kara Dakota was in a horrific accident and was in critical condition. She spent a week in ICU at University Hospital. By far this was the worst time in my life a parents worst nightmare. Shortly after my daughter being released the medical bills started coming in like clockwork. I had called one morning on behalf of my sister while she dealt with trying to get things situated. Explained what had happened to her and told me that someone would call me back later that morning. About an hour later a woman called back saying not to worry, someone was still gonna call me back. Well, all afternoon passed and I decided to call back myself at around 3:30. Same receptionist answered and apologized and said they’d get to me. They never did. NEXT day, I decided to call one last time only bc my girlfriend had recommended these guys, so I call again around 9am and same receptionist answered and said he(some attorney) would call me back after the zoom meeting. Never happened. Thanks for nothing you guys. ????????
