My partner requested me to attend his appointments with this firm because even though they kept telling him they would provide an interpreter and even charged him for it they never did have an interpreter for him. They did apply that money to his legal fees at the end though. In the middle of the court date appointments they switched lawyers on him. The new lawyer taking over his case wouldn't even look at us in the face, no sure if it was a race issue or just simply saw us beneath her, whatever the case she did not fight for my partners rights, it was more like she made a deal with the other parties lawyer and she even added the other parents out of wedlock child in his paperwork and just said "its fine it doesn't matter". She didn't make the changes my partner requested and she had her assistant interpreter during the court (not a certified interpreter) so my partner thought what she was interpreting was what he asked for. He believed the new lawyer when she said she would correct the custody paperwork that of course till this day it hasn't happened, Its been a year.

Mr. Malone and his staff are excellent, and very committed to making sure that all bases are covered. We are very thankful for all of his hard work and commitment, on the wrongful death suit that he filed on our behalf regarding the death of our daughter. Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. All this work accumulates as attorney's fees; however Dean Malone waved all those fees and only charged me a discounted amount. I couldn't be any happier with my settlement. Dean Malone created a best case scenario out of my phone call to his office 4 days before the Statute of Limitations. I FULLY RECOMEND CONTACTING ATTORNEY DEAN MALONE, HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!

Tracey & Fox got me the maximum settlement from my insurance without going to court! They were so friendly and made the process extremely easy. They completely led me though the process and I never felt overwhelmed. They got the full settlement quickly and did all the work for me. I was injured in a car accident. It was not a life altering, permanently debilitating injury. I injured my shoulder, it created radiating pain into my back and neck, but at first did not seem like it would lead to surgery. I dealt with Physical Therapy and Doctors for over a year before it was determined that I would have to have a surgery. The whole time, I told myself, "I don't need a lawyer." The insurance for the at fault party continued to call me and make me believe that they would take care of the liability. I released consent for them to collect my medical records and bills, and then realized they were doing nothing - just delaying. I contacted Lance Walters of Tracey and Fox, at which time all of my effort in dealing with the financial recovery was no longer my problem. It became effortless on my part. Lance and his Paralegal Angie Wilson handled everything. I had to make a little effort to help collect any information from my employer, but was well guided by Lance. At the end of the process Lance and his staff handled reimbursement to my primary healthcare, and left me with about four times what I was out of pocket for 2 years of medical co-pays and deductibles. A sincere thank you to my new friends Lance and Angie for all you have done. I don't want to sound like a canned advertisement, but if you were in an accident and you were hurt - no matter how minor. Hired Dan to represent me in a personal injury case that is a slam dunk easily won. For 1 1/2 years he did not do anything other than file it. Then he turned it over to Layla a rookie and overwhelming case load. I called that was a joke she was never in the office and never returned my calls. So I emailed copying Dan and she wouldn’t answer the important questions just what she wanted to answer. Transparency heck no!!!!!! Read the other negative reviews there is a pattern of unethical,terrible,no conscience,immoral business practices. It’s almost impossible to find another firm to take my case because of time already wasted,their lack of working on the case, cleaning up their mess and catch up with the opposing counsel. So we parted ways and I am screwed! Several years of doctors,surgery and rehab and the legal part was a total train wreck. This firm and Dan are a joke! Then try and get my files back they can’t even do that. Everything BAD and UNETHICAL about the law firm they are at the very top of the list. The lawsuit ultimately was dismissed because of this joke of a law firm. Please,please do not hire this firm unless you want to lose your lawsuit and waste years of you’re life. Look at Dan’s FB you can see for yourself what he is doing other than taking care of business:traveling,scouts (seriously I wouldn’t want my sons have this guy as a scout leader). Wasted year’s of my life and still dealing with the medical from my accident. This guy needs to be disbarred and brought into law malpractice lawsuits and pay his clients because of his neglect and unethical practices!

Be careful with this law firm. The cases are not well attended. In my case I had to give my own follow-up for my work comp case. I almost lost my benefits due to the mishandling of documents of this law firm. If you have a work comp case, I recommend that you look for other lawyers. this law firm is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. after i went throughout physical therapy i never heard from anyone there. i had called ten times a day every day never getting in contact with anyone! maybe once or twice i spoke with the ladies there but of course no attorney was ever there. then after finding a new attorney through a different firm i tried to contact the morris firm to tell them they’ll no longer be handling my case, but guess what.. NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. they are absolutely terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They won’t fight for you go with a different lawyer. They’ll get you “treated” with at a pain and injury clinic. You’ll see a doctor for literally 5 minutes and will never see them again. The ladies will give you a sheet and tell you to do some stretches and they’ll put these electric shock patches on you thats it. Then they’ll deal with the insurance company, but if they deny your claim they won’t do anything. No investigation will be done at all they won’t push the insurance to investigate or anything at all they’ll get your statement and thats it. You’re better off just dealing with the insurance yourself or going to another lawyer. The women there are nice thats the only pro.

Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. It was quite humbling and I refused to see myself as some sort of victim. Eventually Pete was found. When options were limited from many angles, he had the focused and stable brain I needed. This has been a very traumatic situation for me already. So, of course your just looking for the best solution to fix the problem. UValle had amazing reviews , which put my mom and I on board to represent my accident. Alex and Bernice went over slight paperwork. As you continue the process your case is moved to the case manager, which is Cindy for my case. Would have been amazing to talk to your contract representative and case manager at the same time, so that important information is explained correctly and that everyone is one accord. It’s hard thinking all information you retained from your respective is correct until misguided information starts to surface. Ask questions , Ask questions, ask questions for better understanding! My mom and I asked questions, and information was still twisted. I hope it gets better before it gets worse. I got a lawyer to focus on the physical issues so I can take care of the mental side of me. You never want to feel like you went with the wrong decision
