I engaged John Dubiel at Bristol & Dubiel LLP to assist me in obtaining a judgement for an overdue debt of close to $1.0 million. John was responsive and did a great job of working with me on the debt. The debtor came up with all kinds of crazy excuses/affidavits but through John's excellent legal work and guidance we were able to obtain a summary judgement for the whole amount and everything we asked for. I highly recommend John Dubiel for your legal needs especially in difficult situations.

Russel Searcy was quick to reach out to me , after filling out my information online regarding being hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk . He went over all the details of my situation and explained what my options were including helping me receive medical treatments I need sooner so I could return to living my live normally again. If you want someone who will do the BARE MINIMUM go with them. They don't care about you or your situation. They don't respond to your messages or your concerns. It's hard to even get ahold of them. Even if you spoon feed them information they don't listen to you. After a month of dragging things they dropped us as clients. After they blatantly lied to us and said they were waiting on some info which they didn't do. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish we would have gone to some better lawyers.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very impatient and seemed annoyed that I had even dared to call them. The only reason for 3 stars is because she still gave me some information. It looks like this place would do the Bare minimum and I wouldn’t trust them with my personal injury auto civil rights or any case at all.

Hired Dan to represent me in a personal injury case that is a slam dunk easily won. For 1 1/2 years he did not do anything other than file it. Then he turned it over to Layla a rookie and overwhelming case load. I called that was a joke she was never in the office and never returned my calls. So I emailed copying Dan and she wouldn’t answer the important questions just what she wanted to answer. Transparency heck no!!!!!! Read the other negative reviews there is a pattern of unethical,terrible,no conscience,immoral business practices. It’s almost impossible to find another firm to take my case because of time already wasted,their lack of working on the case, cleaning up their mess and catch up with the opposing counsel. So we parted ways and I am screwed! Several years of doctors,surgery and rehab and the legal part was a total train wreck. This firm and Dan are a joke! Then try and get my files back they can’t even do that. Everything BAD and UNETHICAL about the law firm they are at the very top of the list. The lawsuit ultimately was dismissed because of this joke of a law firm. Please,please do not hire this firm unless you want to lose your lawsuit and waste years of you’re life. Look at Dan’s FB you can see for yourself what he is doing other than taking care of business:traveling,scouts (seriously I wouldn’t want my sons have this guy as a scout leader). Wasted year’s of my life and still dealing with the medical from my accident. This guy needs to be disbarred and brought into law malpractice lawsuits and pay his clients because of his neglect and unethical practices!

Be careful with this law firm. The cases are not well attended. In my case I had to give my own follow-up for my work comp case. I almost lost my benefits due to the mishandling of documents of this law firm. If you have a work comp case, I recommend that you look for other lawyers. this law firm is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. after i went throughout physical therapy i never heard from anyone there. i had called ten times a day every day never getting in contact with anyone! maybe once or twice i spoke with the ladies there but of course no attorney was ever there. then after finding a new attorney through a different firm i tried to contact the morris firm to tell them they’ll no longer be handling my case, but guess what.. NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. they are absolutely terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They won’t fight for you go with a different lawyer. They’ll get you “treated” with at a pain and injury clinic. You’ll see a doctor for literally 5 minutes and will never see them again. The ladies will give you a sheet and tell you to do some stretches and they’ll put these electric shock patches on you thats it. Then they’ll deal with the insurance company, but if they deny your claim they won’t do anything. No investigation will be done at all they won’t push the insurance to investigate or anything at all they’ll get your statement and thats it. You’re better off just dealing with the insurance yourself or going to another lawyer. The women there are nice thats the only pro.

Words can't describe the sheer comfort, victory, and happiness I experienced with Attorney Andrew J. Wooley's law office. My case was a little out of the ordinary concerning a negligent hotel stay. However, Andrew(yes he's so not of the pompous nature that he allows you to speak to him on a first name basis)was so proactive in assisting me gathering the information needed for my case. He never kept me in the dark and we settled my case in under 60days. Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. It was quite humbling and I refused to see myself as some sort of victim. Eventually Pete was found. When options were limited from many angles, he had the focused and stable brain I needed.
