I have not been spoken to anyone at this law firm yet about my case. I intend to simply because they have taken the time to respond to the reviews people have given them good, bad, or indifferent. Given a full explanation and for this it is my opinion this company has the people at their best interest not their pockets. Tracey & Fox got me the maximum settlement from my insurance without going to court! They were so friendly and made the process extremely easy. They completely led me though the process and I never felt overwhelmed. They got the full settlement quickly and did all the work for me. I was injured in a car accident. It was not a life altering, permanently debilitating injury. I injured my shoulder, it created radiating pain into my back and neck, but at first did not seem like it would lead to surgery. I dealt with Physical Therapy and Doctors for over a year before it was determined that I would have to have a surgery. The whole time, I told myself, "I don't need a lawyer." The insurance for the at fault party continued to call me and make me believe that they would take care of the liability. I released consent for them to collect my medical records and bills, and then realized they were doing nothing - just delaying. I contacted Lance Walters of Tracey and Fox, at which time all of my effort in dealing with the financial recovery was no longer my problem. It became effortless on my part. Lance and his Paralegal Angie Wilson handled everything. I had to make a little effort to help collect any information from my employer, but was well guided by Lance. At the end of the process Lance and his staff handled reimbursement to my primary healthcare, and left me with about four times what I was out of pocket for 2 years of medical co-pays and deductibles. Months after a head injury, the decision making process is oftentimes one of the last improvements. An injured brain is not visible and I did not understand why certain parts seemed ok while others were far from it. I had never hired an attorney before and made a very poor decision on the first one. After terminating that contract, I reached out to friends and co-workers for recommendations. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very impatient and seemed annoyed that I had even dared to call them. The only reason for 3 stars is because she still gave me some information. It looks like this place would do the Bare minimum and I wouldn’t trust them with my personal injury auto civil rights or any case at all.

The dream law firm you have been looking for! For starters, they work hard for their clients (you would not believe the mess I handed over to them that made my life easier so I could focus on my family, my work, and navigating the new COVID normal, as were they). They were always available and great communicators. All extremely compassionate women that were great listeners, made me feel important throughout the entire process, and had no sense of an ego. A good friend of mine recommended Lenahan Law to me after I was in a terrible car accident. I was hit head-on by a drunk driver who was driving the wrong way on the interstate. I stumbled upon Lenahan Law through a Google search and just happened to get Wes on the phone when I called in. My luck, I'm in the Austin area and found an attorney in another city, but the whole Lenahan team worked to make it effortless even though we were 200 miles apart. Wes was a great help in my case. He was open and honest from the very first call I placed to him and was always quick with his phone or email replies to my questions. I would absolutely suggest having Wes represent you.

Hired Dan to represent me in a personal injury case that is a slam dunk easily won. For 1 1/2 years he did not do anything other than file it. Then he turned it over to Layla a rookie and overwhelming case load. I called that was a joke she was never in the office and never returned my calls. So I emailed copying Dan and she wouldn’t answer the important questions just what she wanted to answer. Transparency heck no!!!!!! Read the other negative reviews there is a pattern of unethical,terrible,no conscience,immoral business practices. It’s almost impossible to find another firm to take my case because of time already wasted,their lack of working on the case, cleaning up their mess and catch up with the opposing counsel. So we parted ways and I am screwed! Several years of doctors,surgery and rehab and the legal part was a total train wreck. This firm and Dan are a joke! Then try and get my files back they can’t even do that. Everything BAD and UNETHICAL about the law firm they are at the very top of the list. The lawsuit ultimately was dismissed because of this joke of a law firm. Please,please do not hire this firm unless you want to lose your lawsuit and waste years of you’re life. Look at Dan’s FB you can see for yourself what he is doing other than taking care of business:traveling,scouts (seriously I wouldn’t want my sons have this guy as a scout leader). Wasted year’s of my life and still dealing with the medical from my accident. This guy needs to be disbarred and brought into law malpractice lawsuits and pay his clients because of his neglect and unethical practices!

Be careful with this law firm. The cases are not well attended. In my case I had to give my own follow-up for my work comp case. I almost lost my benefits due to the mishandling of documents of this law firm. If you have a work comp case, I recommend that you look for other lawyers. this law firm is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. after i went throughout physical therapy i never heard from anyone there. i had called ten times a day every day never getting in contact with anyone! maybe once or twice i spoke with the ladies there but of course no attorney was ever there. then after finding a new attorney through a different firm i tried to contact the morris firm to tell them they’ll no longer be handling my case, but guess what.. NOBODY EVER ANSWERED. they are absolutely terrible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They won’t fight for you go with a different lawyer. They’ll get you “treated” with at a pain and injury clinic. You’ll see a doctor for literally 5 minutes and will never see them again. The ladies will give you a sheet and tell you to do some stretches and they’ll put these electric shock patches on you thats it. Then they’ll deal with the insurance company, but if they deny your claim they won’t do anything. No investigation will be done at all they won’t push the insurance to investigate or anything at all they’ll get your statement and thats it. You’re better off just dealing with the insurance yourself or going to another lawyer. The women there are nice thats the only pro.

The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because in the beginning, my case was reassigned to new attorneys in the firm, several times, without notice. Status updates were not as often as I would've liked. Then, the case got assigned to Dak Rasheta, and he totally restored my confidence in the firm. My advice would be to just hang in there... I do believe the firm will do right by you. If you get Dak, you're good :-)

After being toss around by a couple of Law Firms, I finally landed at K.T.C. Law Firm. This is by far the most efficient Firm in the business. My Attorney Ms. Ashley took pride in working my case and I was treated with the utmost respect. They settled my case and made it where I got more than they did. Where else would that happen? It has been since before 2018 since my car accident and my case still have not been paid out. I only get updates about my case several times a year and they also have money from my insurance company that they have places in escrow and will not pay out. Mr. Moses Cage only communicate when he wants to with me. In the future I will never use this law office again I would rather go to I Just Got Hit.com. Any citizens in the DFW area please think twice before using the law office of Kelly Curran.
