Even if you spoon feed them information they don't listen to you. After a month of dragging things they dropped us as clients. Was rear ended in 2020 causing a total loss of my vehicle, accrued 17k in hospital and medical bills. Other driver's Ins company offered to pay 60% of combined damages and suggested I pay the rest.
