03/25/2021 This Man Mr Lozano has made a true miracle happen for me my child and family. My wife was in a serious accident and sustained substantial injuries. When we met with the Tate law office we new that we made a great choice on hiring them. First everyone was very concerned about my wife more like she was their family than a client. Christopher and Claire Tate are amazing they constantly kept us in the know. They always took our calls and when they couldn't they would call us the next day. Their staff is amazing to especially the receptionist Christina she has the best personality I've ever seen, always a smile and kind words. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and performed their jobs well. We never felt like just another client with dollar sign. We honestly believed that they had Wanda's best interest. The Tate law firm won our case and we received a bigger award than we first thought. One of the things that we liked the most was that they listened to us. They never talked down to us and explained everything in detail. And now even though our case is over Chris still called to check on Wanda, now that's an attorney that's rare in today's world. I stumbled upon Lenahan Law through a Google search and just happened to get Wes on the phone when I called in. My partner requested me to attend his appointments with this firm because even though they kept telling him they would provide an interpreter and even charged him for it they never did have an interpreter for him. They did apply that money to his legal fees at the end though. In the middle of the court date appointments they switched lawyers on him. The new lawyer taking over his case wouldn't even look at us in the face, no sure if it was a race issue or just simply saw us beneath her, whatever the case she did not fight for my partners rights, it was more like she made a deal with the other parties lawyer and she even added the other parents out of wedlock child in his paperwork and just said "its fine it doesn't matter". She didn't make the changes my partner requested and she had her assistant interpreter during the court (not a certified interpreter) so my partner thought what she was interpreting was what he asked for. He believed the new lawyer when she said she would correct the custody paperwork that of course till this day it hasn't happened, Its been a year.

I engaged John Dubiel at Bristol & Dubiel LLP to assist me in obtaining a judgement for an overdue debt of close to $1.0 million. John was responsive and did a great job of working with me on the debt. The debtor came up with all kinds of crazy excuses/affidavits but through John's excellent legal work and guidance we were able to obtain a summary judgement for the whole amount and everything we asked for. Russel Searcy was quick to reach out to me , after filling out my information online regarding being hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk . He went over all the details of my situation and explained what my options were including helping me receive medical treatments I need sooner so I could return to living my live normally again. If you want someone who will do the BARE MINIMUM go with them. They don't care about you or your situation. They don't respond to your messages or your concerns. It's hard to even get ahold of them. Even if you spoon feed them information they don't listen to you. After a month of dragging things they dropped us as clients. After they blatantly lied to us and said they were waiting on some info which they didn't do. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish we would have gone to some better lawyers.
