Jimmy Doan was very professional and kind. He answered the phone fast when I was in dire need of direction and guidance when my husband was rear ended in April 2016. I was attracted to the ads, success stories, reassuring statements in his website. There was a lot of miscommunication,promises, and let downs in regards to his back therapy. Email and status updates? Always never there and we felt we were chasing them,like playing cat mouse game. Months went by and after almost a year, they still did not have a resolution to any settlement. Our cases, my sister that was also struck rear ended , never received any compensation for her bills or resolution. The only things were that we wish they would have been honest about the outcomes and how much we would be out if we would have proceeded further. Time was all we dealt with with Doan Law Firm. Later , both of their cases)they were both transferred to Alford & Clark Law Firm. I called her and until this day.....Not a Thing has been resolved.....What? Really????

What can I say about this Law Firm and my Attorney (Joseph Morrison).. First off this is the best professional law firm I have ever dealt with. I had the pleasure of having Joseph Morrison as my Attorney. He is very attentive, will answer the phone 24/7 if you call or text he will get back to you right away even on days he has Court. I had many questions regarding my case and he had a answer and gave a resolution to what to do always regarding my case. If you listen to them and do as they ask you, you will definitely come out on top. I was so frustrated at times with the process and at times wanted to throw in the towel but he always told me to be patient and let him do his job. Can we stop for a moment and recognize Mr. Joshua Banks with Mullen & Mullen Law Firm! I was in a accident and Josh not only took me serious but i felt like i actually mattered. Little does he know, he has changed my life forever by simply being great as his job. My wife was in a serious accident and sustained substantial injuries. When we met with the Tate law office we new that we made a great choice on hiring them. First everyone was very concerned about my wife more like she was their family than a client. Christopher and Claire Tate are amazing they constantly kept us in the know. They always took our calls and when they couldn't they would call us the next day. Their staff is amazing to especially the receptionist Christina she has the best personality I've ever seen, always a smile and kind words. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and performed their jobs well. We never felt like just another client with dollar sign. We honestly believed that they had Wanda's best interest. The Tate law firm won our case and we received a bigger award than we first thought. One of the things that we liked the most was that they listened to us. If you want someone who will do the BARE MINIMUM go with them. They don't care about you or your situation. They don't respond to your messages or your concerns. It's hard to even get ahold of them. Even if you spoon feed them information they don't listen to you. After a month of dragging things they dropped us as clients. After they blatantly lied to us and said they were waiting on some info which they didn't do. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish we would have gone to some better lawyers.

I engaged John Dubiel at Bristol & Dubiel LLP to assist me in obtaining a judgement for an overdue debt of close to $1.0 million. John was responsive and did a great job of working with me on the debt. The debtor came up with all kinds of crazy excuses/affidavits but through John's excellent legal work and guidance we were able to obtain a summary judgement for the whole amount and everything we asked for. Mr. Malone and his staff are excellent, and very committed to making sure that all bases are covered. We are very thankful for all of his hard work and commitment, on the wrongful death suit that he filed on our behalf regarding the death of our daughter. Dean Malone took my case 4 days before the Statute of Limitations after my previous attorney bailed out on me. Within those days Malone filed the lawsuit and committed to help me with the case. He had to fly out to El Paso on different occasions, collect some of my medical bills, and deal with the defense attorney which was only prolonging the whole case. All this work accumulates as attorney's fees; however Dean Malone waved all those fees and only charged me a discounted amount. I couldn't be any happier with my settlement. Dean Malone created a best case scenario out of my phone call to his office 4 days before the Statute of Limitations. I FULLY RECOMEND CONTACTING ATTORNEY DEAN MALONE, HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE!

The dream law firm you have been looking for! For starters, they work hard for their clients (you would not believe the mess I handed over to them that made my life easier so I could focus on my family, my work, and navigating the new COVID normal, as were they). Tracey & Fox got me the maximum settlement from my insurance without going to court! They were so friendly and made the process extremely easy. I was injured in a car accident. It was not a life altering, permanently debilitating injury. I injured my shoulder, it created radiating pain into my back and neck, but at first did not seem like it would lead to surgery. I dealt with Physical Therapy and Doctors for over a year before it was determined that I would have to have a surgery. The whole time, I told myself, "I don't need a lawyer." The insurance for the at fault party continued to call me and make me believe that they would take care of the liability. I released consent for them to collect my medical records and bills, and then realized they were doing nothing - just delaying. I contacted Lance Walters of Tracey and Fox, at which time all of my effort in dealing with the financial recovery was no longer my problem. It became effortless on my part. Lance and his Paralegal Angie Wilson handled everything. I had to make a little effort to help collect any information from my employer, but was well guided by Lance.
