What can I say about this Law Firm and my Attorney (Joseph Morrison).. First off this is the best professional law firm I have ever dealt with. I had the pleasure of having Joseph Morrison as my Attorney. He is very attentive, will answer the phone 24/7 if you call or text he will get back to you right away even on days he has Court. I had many questions regarding my case and he had a answer and gave a resolution to what to do always regarding my case. If you listen to them and do as they ask you, you will definitely come out on top. I was so frustrated at times with the process and at times wanted to throw in the towel but he always told me to be patient and let him do his job. Can we stop for a moment and recognize Mr. Joshua Banks with Mullen & Mullen Law Firm! I was in a accident and Josh not only took me serious but i felt like i actually mattered. Little does he know, he has changed my life forever by simply being great as his job. We paid thousands of dollars for IVF treatments just for everything to be ripped away from us and our life was put on hold. Mr. Aleman is very rude and unprofessional He wanted to leave my case on exact day of my court day. I put him on the spot in front of the judge so he had no choice to stay. After that the judge scheduled a follow-up and he didn't showed up, but sent me a rude representative who called me a bi... just for the simple fact that I got mad that no information was given. If you ever just get to meet him you will automatically just feel his horrible vibe.

For starters, they work hard for their clients (you would not believe the mess I handed over to them that made my life easier so I could focus on my family, my work, and navigating the new COVID normal, as were they). Jimmy Doan was very professional and kind. He answered the phone fast when I was in dire need of direction and guidance when my husband was rear ended in April 2016. I was attracted to the ads, success stories, reassuring statements in his website. There was a lot of miscommunication,promises, and let downs in regards to his back therapy. Email and status updates? Always never there and we felt we were chasing them,like playing cat mouse game. Months went by and after almost a year, they still did not have a resolution to any settlement. Our cases, my sister that was also struck rear ended , never received any compensation for her bills or resolution. The only things were that we wish they would have been honest about the outcomes and how much we would be out if we would have proceeded further. Time was all we dealt with with Doan Law Firm. Later , both of their cases)they were both transferred to Alford & Clark Law Firm. I called her and until this day.....Not a Thing has been resolved.....What? Really????

I was hit by a 18 wheeler on 10/09/2018. My life changed forever ay that moment. One minute I was on my way to an interview for a better job and the next the roof of my car was ripped off and I came to with blood and rain covering my face and strangers running towards me from every direction. The doctors said that the honestly didn't know how I even survived. And after coming out of the ICU for 5 days I was in the hospital for an additional 6 months total but while I was there I had 5 different attorneys trying to "help me". However, after the police report found me at fault those attorneys that cared so much about my future would not even return my calls. So here I was not able to even walk no savings, no money coming in and not even a vehicle to get to the very needed weekly appointments. And then a lady messaged me on face book and told me about this law firm that was helping her husband and how kind and committed to getting justice for her husband. So, I called not very hopeful because EVERYONE else had turned me down due to the police report and the company is a major named corporation. When I called a gentleman named Jeff spoke with me and for the first time in months I had a little hope he explained to me that this was going to be a battle due to the police report and company but he said that if I was willing to be patient with him that he would do his best to help me. I received a call from a young lady named Ashley and she was so kind and very patient with me she has listened to me when I was a TOTAL mess and she has listened to me while I was a "firecracker" to put it kindly. However, she always remained the same kind hearted, encouraging and when she would tell me that she would handle something she meant just that everything from Ubers, imaging, doctors appointments and medications. She never lagged on her job even when COVID hit the world like a bomb she was still there returning my calls and handling my medical care. The Nolan my attorney, what a kind gentleman he is. He as well was up front and told me that this was going to be a battle and he and Jeff were 100% correct the company wanted to actually offer me 1,000 dollars and please understand I have permanent brain damage, now suffer seizures, can no longer run, dance or even walk for longer than five minutes without my walker and I'm only 44 yrs old. Nolan said no way and I received a amount that I am very thankful for and it was WAY more than 1.000 dollars. So, if you want someone that truly cares about you and your future someone that's not going to charge you every time they speak to you and honestly has your back and isn't just some meaningless commercial or catchy phrase on television Benton Law Firm is the right choice. Trust me they not only fought for me that actually helped give me stability financially for my future.
