The dream law firm you have been looking for! For starters, they work hard for their clients (you would not believe the mess I handed over to them that made my life easier so I could focus on my family, my work, and navigating the new COVID normal, as were they). They were always available and great communicators. All extremely compassionate women that were great listeners, made me feel important throughout the entire process, and had no sense of an ego. And trust them, they know what they are doing! There is an entire team of them and they work really well together and are extremely professional. I went to Kelley law after I was in an auto accident. Everything seemed to be going well until it was found I needed neck surgery. I was missing work which I was told would be covered due to the injury. I was told on 4-5 different occasions by Kelley Law that my surgery was approved and would be moving forward. When I informed my work of the needed time off I was let go. A week later I found out that from the surgeon that the person who hit me did not have enough insurance to cover the needed surgery. I have requested to speak to my lawyer handling my case 3 times on the last month plus and have gotten a call from 3 different people not one my lawyer. I am about to lose my home due to losing my job. I feel like this could have been avoided if they communicated to me in a better manner. Horrible handling of the case and of me as a client. I hate to but I feel like I must go get another lawyer to look into this situation and the way this has been handled. Don’t give this law firm your business.

I have not been satisfied with the service I have received from the Kelly Law Firm. I was sent to plenty of doctors after my auto accident. It was found that I needed neck surgery. Everything was moving forward and I informed my work that I would be having the neck surgery ad would need to have the time off once scheduled after being told by Kelly law 3 times that the surgery was approved. My work let me go because of the time I had to miss up to that point and the time I would need off after surgery for recovery. Then two days later I find out from the surgeon (not Kelly Law) that the other driver did not have enough insurance to cover the claim. It's been crickets since then from Kelly Law Firm. I have yet to receive a reason to how this could have been handled this way. Very unsatisfied with the service up too this point. This is the first google review I have ever done so I am not that type of guy. My advice would be to run from this law group. Thank you! Update: Several months later and still no change in service. Can’t get a call from my attorney (to be fair it has switched hands a handful of times) after several calls and attempts.

Tracey & Fox got me the maximum settlement from my insurance without going to court! They were so friendly and made the process extremely easy. They completely led me though the process and I never felt overwhelmed. They got the full settlement quickly and did all the work for me. I was injured in a car accident. It was not a life altering, permanently debilitating injury. I injured my shoulder, it created radiating pain into my back and neck, but at first did not seem like it would lead to surgery. I dealt with Physical Therapy and Doctors for over a year before it was determined that I would have to have a surgery. The whole time, I told myself, "I don't need a lawyer." The insurance for the at fault party continued to call me and make me believe that they would take care of the liability. I released consent for them to collect my medical records and bills, and then realized they were doing nothing - just delaying. I contacted Lance Walters of Tracey and Fox, at which time all of my effort in dealing with the financial recovery was no longer my problem. It became effortless on my part. Lance and his Paralegal Angie Wilson handled everything. I had to make a little effort to help collect any information from my employer, but was well guided by Lance. At the end of the process Lance and his staff handled reimbursement to my primary healthcare, and left me with about four times what I was out of pocket for 2 years of medical co-pays and deductibles. My wife was in a serious accident and sustained substantial injuries. When we met with the Tate law office we new that we made a great choice on hiring them. First everyone was very concerned about my wife more like she was their family than a client. Christopher and Claire Tate are amazing they constantly kept us in the know. They always took our calls and when they couldn't they would call us the next day. Their staff is amazing to especially the receptionist Christina she has the best personality I've ever seen, always a smile and kind words. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and performed their jobs well. We never felt like just another client with dollar sign. We honestly believed that they had Wanda's best interest. The Tate law firm won our case and we received a bigger award than we first thought. One of the things that we liked the most was that they listened to us. A good friend of mine recommended Lenahan Law to me after I was in a terrible car accident. I was hit head-on by a drunk driver who was driving the wrong way on the interstate. I stumbled upon Lenahan Law through a Google search and just happened to get Wes on the phone when I called in. My luck, I'm in the Austin area and found an attorney in another city, but the whole Lenahan team worked to make it effortless even though we were 200 miles apart. Wes was a great help in my case. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because in the beginning, my case was reassigned to new attorneys in the firm, several times, without notice. Status updates were not as often as I would've liked. Then, the case got assigned to Dak Rasheta, and he totally restored my confidence in the firm. My advice would be to just hang in there... I do believe the firm will do right by you. If you get Dak, you're good :-)

After being toss around by a couple of Law Firms, I finally landed at K.T.C. Law Firm. This is by far the most efficient Firm in the business. My Attorney Ms. Ashley took pride in working my case and I was treated with the utmost respect. They settled my case and made it where I got more than they did. Where else would that happen? It has been since before 2018 since my car accident and my case still have not been paid out. I only get updates about my case several times a year and they also have money from my insurance company that they have places in escrow and will not pay out. Mr. Moses Cage only communicate when he wants to with me. In the future I will never use this law office again I would rather go to I Just Got Hit.com. Any citizens in the DFW area please think twice before using the law office of Kelly Curran.
