I was hit by a 18 wheeler on 10/09/2018. My life changed forever ay that moment. One minute I was on my way to an interview for a better job and the next the roof of my car was ripped off and I came to with blood and rain covering my face and strangers running towards me from every direction. The doctors said that the honestly didn't know how I even survived. And after coming out of the ICU for 5 days I was in the hospital for an additional 6 months total but while I was there I had 5 different attorneys trying to "help me". However, after the police report found me at fault those attorneys that cared so much about my future would not even return my calls. So here I was not able to even walk no savings, no money coming in and not even a vehicle to get to the very needed weekly appointments. And then a lady messaged me on face book and told me about this law firm that was helping her husband and how kind and committed to getting justice for her husband. So, I called not very hopeful because EVERYONE else had turned me down due to the police report and the company is a major named corporation. When I called a gentleman named Jeff spoke with me and for the first time in months I had a little hope he explained to me that this was going to be a battle due to the police report and company but he said that if I was willing to be patient with him that he would do his best to help me. I received a call from a young lady named Ashley and she was so kind and very patient with me she has listened to me when I was a TOTAL mess and she has listened to me while I was a "firecracker" to put it kindly. However, she always remained the same kind hearted, encouraging and when she would tell me that she would handle something she meant just that everything from Ubers, imaging, doctors appointments and medications. She never lagged on her job even when COVID hit the world like a bomb she was still there returning my calls and handling my medical care. The Nolan my attorney, what a kind gentleman he is. He as well was up front and told me that this was going to be a battle and he and Jeff were 100% correct the company wanted to actually offer me 1,000 dollars and please understand I have permanent brain damage, now suffer seizures, can no longer run, dance or even walk for longer than five minutes without my walker and I'm only 44 yrs old. Nolan said no way and I received a amount that I am very thankful for and it was WAY more than 1.000 dollars. I went to Kelley law after I was in an auto accident. Everything seemed to be going well until it was found I needed neck surgery. I was missing work which I was told would be covered due to the injury. I was told on 4-5 different occasions by Kelley Law that my surgery was approved and would be moving forward. When I informed my work of the needed time off I was let go. A week later I found out that from the surgeon that the person who hit me did not have enough insurance to cover the needed surgery. I have requested to speak to my lawyer handling my case 3 times on the last month plus and have gotten a call from 3 different people not one my lawyer. I am about to lose my home due to losing my job. I feel like this could have been avoided if they communicated to me in a better manner. Horrible handling of the case and of me as a client. I hate to but I feel like I must go get another lawyer to look into this situation and the way this has been handled. Don’t give this law firm your business.

I have not been satisfied with the service I have received from the Kelly Law Firm. I was sent to plenty of doctors after my auto accident. It was found that I needed neck surgery. Everything was moving forward and I informed my work that I would be having the neck surgery ad would need to have the time off once scheduled after being told by Kelly law 3 times that the surgery was approved. My work let me go because of the time I had to miss up to that point and the time I would need off after surgery for recovery. Then two days later I find out from the surgeon (not Kelly Law) that the other driver did not have enough insurance to cover the claim. It's been crickets since then from Kelly Law Firm. I have yet to receive a reason to how this could have been handled this way. Very unsatisfied with the service up too this point. This is the first google review I have ever done so I am not that type of guy. My advice would be to run from this law group. Thank you! Update: Several months later and still no change in service. Can’t get a call from my attorney (to be fair it has switched hands a handful of times) after several calls and attempts.
