In February of 2019 I was in a car accident and had no idea of what to do because no one would treat me unless I paid out of pocket. They would not take my insurance because it was a car accident. I was in so much pain. I had no idea at the time I had 6 herniated disc and would need months and months of therapy. I called Mr. Stephens office and he calmed my fears and helped me navigate my medical needs seamlessly. His staff was responsive and kind every step of the way. They went out of there way to help me get the best settlement possible for my case. I was rear-ended and the other driver stated that they were hit in the rear by a hit and run driver. The facts did not agree with their statement. The police report was filed as a hit and run which caused their insurance to debated liability. Attorney Wilson went to the local police department where the claim was filed and corrected the facts, provided the correct information to the insurance company. They accepted liability and was very generous with a settlement. I was happy with the settlement and have since referred two family members to him with their claims.

Attorney Wilson took over my case in 2019. Facing a Felony and misdemeanor charges. He listened to my side of the story and he investigated it. He worked VERY hard, professionally and quickly on the case. As of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic he was able to get BOTH cases dismissed. Two things I will always remember what Attorney Wilson said to me is to have faith and have patience. I would recommend Attorney Frederick Wilson to handle your case!!

William Shepard is the most horrible unfit crocked lawyer there is his basically threw my case together and left it he didnt turn in all my paper work so they low balled me by thjs being my first time ever doing this rodeo with a wreck i really didnt kno wat was goin on him and hks clinic workers had me signing papers saying i was doing therapy which i only seen two times in real life! Shame I didn’t get a chance to speak to an attorney. Was hung up on by operator before I even had a chance. Seems like the rudest people are lawyers sometimes. I know if somebody had questions about my trade, I would be much more respectful to educate inquiries from curious people. Just another rude attorney firm that doesn’t value customers. Please find another firm. Many attorneys out there that care to listen.

I have an IVC filter that was put in me June 2011. I did a CT scan this July and was told that I have a case and it was supposed to have been filed with the courts. I have not heard ANYTHING from my case worker as of this date. She did tell me it would be several years to get my case resolved. I am 72 years old I am not sure I have several years left. A monthly update would ease my mind at least I would know this firm is working on my behalf.

Awful communication experience. I strongly not recommend to contact this office. I filed my lawsuit with this company on November 19, the case was accepted by an assistant of attorney and it seemed to me that everything would be fine. But after a week, she stopped responding to my messages. I called the company, I was told that they would call back, but they did not. Then I wrote to Rick Plezia and received a reply from him a week later that the assistant had gone on leave long ago and no one was involved in my lawsuit. He said that he would transfer the case to another assistant, and a week later I received a refusal from him to take up my lawsuit due to the fact that 6 months remain to the Statute of Limitation. When I wrote to them that I filed my lawsuit 8.5 months before the Statute and it is not my problem that no one was engaged in my lawsuit, he replied that he could not do anything and had to refuse me. As a result, I lost 2.5 months with them, although I could already find another lawyer during that time. Very unprofessional behavior.

I generally don’t leave reviews but had to recognize this great team. I was rear ended and was looking for a car accident lawyer, as the insurance was denying my car and medical bills claim with various reasons or other. I was recommended to the injury lawyers at the Ivey law firm by a friend that had a great experience. Right from the get go they took time to listen to me and went to work, they provided some insights that helped me navigate my claim and the insurance company immediately changed their tune and I had a good check for all expenses and medical bills(The insurance company stalled us and it took a while, but I understand this is part of the process), so happy to have them on my side. I am very happy with the settlement they got for me, which was frankly really good and more than expected, I was pleasantly surprised. I also love that they are trial lawyers which means the insurance company knew not to mess around. Highly highly recommended! Thanks Ivey Law Firm.

As a doctors office that has worked with this firm on behalf of patients through Letter of Protections, have to say there is NO communication or response. So if you as a provider are considering accepting LOP's from them just know that we've had cases for years that have had no response or return calls given.

I researched different law firms to represent my mother who had suffered an injury. I chose Simmons and Fletcher to represent my mother because of their great reputation and their Christian lawyers... and my mother's strong religious faith. My mother's case was recently settled and we couldn't be happier with the result. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Mr. Christopher Fletcher, the attorney who represented my mother (he was very honest, direct with the facts of the case and extremely patient with her... and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable)... and I have to say that his assistant Priscilla was AMAZING! and very helpful throughout the whole process... helping translate and making sure my mother understood everything and always attentive to her.. whether on the phone or in person at their office. My case hasn’t been closed but this law firm deserves this review. The process has been so easy they literally setup everything. I went to a chiropractor and the therapy was amazing. Nothing out of pocket did I have to pay and they make sure they contact me and update me on my status. Zandra is awesome she is very through and knowledgeable. I didn’t understand the process and she explained until I was able to understand. If you need legal representation I recommend them they are absolutely amazing!!! I wish I could have given them 10 stars.

I had previously left a review for this Law Firm when I was shopping attorneys after a motorcycle accident and so the first review listed below came before I was their client and am now leaving the following comments after having worked with them to pursue an at-fault insurance company that refused to cover my injuries: after selecting Simmons & Fletcher as my law firm they worked tirelessly to obtain a six-figure settlement w/ out having to go through the courts. They did everything they said they would do and more, Chris Fletcher is one of the finest attorneys I've ever worked with, and his Legal Assistant, Stephanie, kept all of us on target and on schedule, with good feed-back loops that kept me informed during the entire process. I would recommend Simmons and Fletcher to you in a second, they really are a step ahead of the rest, they really shine in negotiations / mediation because they know personal injury law in Texas inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others ___________________________________________________________________ I am not a client of theirs, but rather met with them for an initial assessment of my case in order to discuss my legal options in dealing with a dishonest/unscrupulous insurance company. They gave me over an hour of their time and never pushed for me to sign a contract with them. Their attorney was incredibly professional and provided me with sound, ethical advice and even suggested that I continue to negotiate with the insurance company on my own to maximize the amount of the settlement that would go towards satisfying outstanding medical bills (when he could have easily urged me to get an attorney immediately to maximize their revenue). Moreover, the integrity that the firm demonstrates in their fee structure impressed me considerably (that is, the firm has a policy that they will not allow the practice to effectively pocket a greater amount than the remunerations a client receives from a judgement). Not many other firms do that--many attorneys will typically take their 33% / 40% regardless of whether the client recoups any money after paying outstanding liabilities/medical costs). I was very impressed with their people and their ethical practices and would not hesitate to work with them or encourage others to do the same.

My first interaction with Simmons and Fletcher was last week when a friend from my church who works there called and asked if I need an office desk because some positions will be permanently working from home and they have office furniture to give away etc... I needed to furnish my new home office for me and my kids and went on to get the furniture. I found a genuinely welcoming group of people... I tend to be careful with people who call themselves "Christians" as I have seen many who do not abide by Christian values... these people are different simple kindness, human conversation, brotherly concern, true desire to help....long story short, the moving company I hired to move the desks had a broken dolly, Simmons & Fletcher employee lend me one, and sliding pads...simple acts of real kindness which makes me believe that if I am in need for legal advice they will do it the same way or better. Helping people when there is nothing in it for you means you can help them better if they are paying you for advice. These are good people and I will definitely use them if in need and I advise all of you to give'em a try.

My wife and I were caught in this 4 car accident in 2019. Fortunately, we were in our new Subaru Outback, but we got hit the hardiest from the rear by a truck van. Since the car driver in front of us hired a lawyer, it became a little more complicate for us to deal. Due to this complexity, a good friend of us recommended Littleton Law Firm to us. Ms. Connie Lam was assigned to us, and we were relieved emotionally as soon as she took over all the communications with all parties. This case was the first legal case that we have ever been involved. I want to say it was almost a joy when you have your own legal representation as experienced and knowledgeable as Littleton. My wife said this to me one day, “we should always find our own legal representative in the future when situation warrants”, because we have learned from this experience that the legal expertise is paramount, the thoroughness and resolution are equally important which Ms. Connie had exhibited having all of them. With utmost gratitude that we are doing now all the same activities we love in our retirement with regained soundness of mind and body. During the entire process, we felt we are well protected and someone is watching over us. At end, my Outback was replaced with a later year model, all medical bills are paid, Medicare was properly reimbursed and the critical care clinic was as well. They handled everything. Setting up medical appointments as my own PCP couldn’t/wouldn’t see me because it was an injury from a car accident.
