If Mr. Nielsen releases your case to you, watch out. He will become an interpleader, and then request to be paid his full fee, for not finishing your case. He is also notorious for taking cases that other attorney's have botched, promising that he will do better, and then do worse than the previous attorney did. Do not go to Mediation with Mr. Nielsen, for he will choose the Mediator, and then He will attach himself to your case, if you do not comply.
