I do NOT recommend using this firm at all. The 2 biggest disapppinments was my Attorney Benavides told me he would make sure to get all the information I asked for and told me 3 weeks I would get my check, it has now been over 2 1/2 months. He will not return my voicemails and only call back I get is from the front desk. NUMBER 2 he did not get the return he told me I'd expect and the money was very low and if I had gone with a firm that was willing to put a little extra effort in I would have got more money and MUCH better service.

I was in an auto accident where just the cost to repair my car was over 18k and my medical bills were over 40k.
