I do not ever recommend being in a lawsuit, but if you absolutely have to be, I would hire West & West. Michael did a great job for me. If you call in you never actually get to talk to the lawyer. They asked me all the same information multiple times and scheduled return calls several times but never called when they said they would. After 2 days of wasting my time they said they don't take my certain kind of case even though they advertise that they do. In the end they referred me out to someone completely different. When I recommended they don't advertise for that kind of case if they aren't taking them they responded its not that we don't take them we just aren't taking any right now.
