I was in two different car accidents and both times I used Robert White office. They were super amazing, great at communicating with me and they made everything so easy. Robert White was my fathers lawyer and Mr White did NOT fight for my father. My father doesn’t speak good English and trusted Robert White and his staff to help him. Robert White took the first offer so that Robert White could get paid as soon as possible, he didn’t care that my dad has to pay for 4 more surgeries and he won’t ever be able to work again to cover those expenses. Him and his staff received more of my fathers settlement than he did, we had another lawyer look over it and explained everything that went wrong with Mr White.

I definitely do not recommend this place. I was involved in an accident that caused me to injure my back and shoulder. Chris represented me and Zee was supposed to be the person calling me. Ha! She never called and updated me I would call and email over and over. Believe it or not they told me after almost 3 years that the lady who caused the accident moved to Mexico and pretty much the want anything they could do because it would cost too much. I have permanent damage to my back and nerve by this accident and in the end Chris said I was getting $1000 dollar once the bill's were paid. $1000 that all after all the trips and places the ha me go over and over and over. Told me to keep track of the miles and I would get that back in my settlement. What lies!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE and in thr end I'm told Chris got up and left and stayed his own practice and took a few people who worked there. It was a horrible experience!!! Stay away from these people.

Took to long to settle case over one year to receive check well maybe it’s longer cause I still haven’t received it they told me one month ago I should have it then, today I called after talking to them yesterday and they told me to call back today and now they are saying no not today it might be this week but always something sucks cause and I’ve gotten into it with the secretaries their and Chris is a good guy always in his word ! But I was always confuse in what they needed and didn’t want the write this review they might hold my check longer and make something up . But Jesus I’m just so tired of waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting ! Ridiculous. Can’t wait till this is all over with so I don’t ever have to call them anymore !

Not very happy with them. They have not kept in touch with me. In October it will be a year since my accident, my attorney decided to move away in April, i received a letter from them explaining he is gone, i waited to hear from someone until end of July, called their office the lady answering the phone acted like i had put her out asking about what was going on with my case, she informed me they were waiting on my dr to send over his documents, calles dr office they informed me they had answered their request in June, called them back to let them know, it's just very frustrating when you do not know what is going on, i was released from dr in March of this year so they should of had time to get records. I do not feel like they really care about you or your case, just my opinion, btw they were recommended to me so i am sure to some they are good, just hasn't been a very good experience for me.

I just recently settled a case using LONCAR. I worked with Chris Sbrusch at their Odessa, TX office. I was injured in a car wreck 2 years ago this month, Sept. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome!! Chris helped me understand everything including any obstacles we can counter in the last two years. Carlos and his team were great! I hired him in my divorce 5 years ago. I was skeptical at first because it was pricey but because of my ex not wanting to cooperate. Each time he wouldn't cooperate we would have to type up modification orders and all that takes time and court costs. If you want a lawyer who is there to have your back definitely go with Quinonez Law Firm. He even gave me an emergency number if anything ever happened and sure enough on the day of my divorce finalization I was attacked by my car. I called the emergency number and it transfered me directly to Carlo's cell phone. He was there just as the cops arrived and told me to not worry if they took me into custody because he would defend me and bail me out if needed. After the cops got the full story they let me go but it was nice to know I was not alone. Thank you Carlos!!❤ He is very reliable and professional.

I just paid for a consultation with this office in the hopes to retain them for immediate legal assistance. The call was dropped with the attorney twice in the first minute, and when I called back to speak with reception, they let me know he would call me back. Over ten minutes pass and the attorney finally calls back asking “you called for legal assistance; what’s up is everything all right?” Told then I was going to use someone else (absolutely unprofessional). When I called back to get a refund for my hour consultation that was already cut short 17min. They refused to give it back. I set an hour of my day aside and wasted over 15min on them dropping the ball and wouldn’t refund me $50 for a consultation I didn’t receive. You could hire them or experience a more professional atmosphere getting food poisoning from a restaurant.

100% do not recommend. When I would call the office they would say "he's in a meeting," all the time, until one day I told them I had an appointment and they immediately let me speak to him after telling me he wasn't there. They closed our case without letting us know, we never got any answers to anything, and the reception staff is beyond rude.

Worst law firm ever, I dont recommend this lawyer, my wife was in a car accident and had knee injuries, she paid out of pocket for day surgery and also paid for therapy and 7 chiropractor visits, also did all the running around retrieving documents that the law office should have been getting themselves, also lost wages, after 1 year had passed we finally received a check, right off the top the law firm took there 40% and also office fees, and other fees that dont make sense. I can go on but I'm getting a dam headache, worst Lawyer in town, dam rip off

Richard Hardy took on my dad's work injury case after three other lawyers made us feel that there was no case. He was honest and forthcoming with us about the difficulty of the case but he was still willing to represent us. His empathy, actions and support have made us feel like my dad's family and not just another case especially after my dad's death which was a result of the injuries he endured. Richard and Emma fought for my dad and our family and won. They found people to help with my dad’s estate and in getting a headstone after the first one was bought, paid for, and never received. When I unexpectedly lost my Mother, Carlos, Celia and Steve dug into my Moms case and fought hard for her and the truth of what happened to her. I feel like they treated her case as if she was their Mom. They have respect for her and for me and treated her with so much dignity and that her life mattered to others besides me. Nothing will bring my Mom back or make me miss her any less, but the work they did on her behalf brings some closure to the situation. After out wreck we called n did paper work. Disappointed of the whole situation n the dr we where sent to very unprofessional n was unsure of there quality of help for long term care. They dropped us. Bc i question them. We tried to leave this law office. Was told he would keep us from settling n was unsure of there professional out look for us. We settled did not get complete care for our bodily injury n still have issues but we settled felt unsafe n our life's situations for complete care. All that mattered only people getting paid. Make sure u do your reviews on attorney's. Even in his commerical say things he does he should not. Suppose to take care of us. We trust attorney's but we don't get the respect we deserver. My father-in-law was in a pretty bad car accident last year. Between the hospital and rehab, it was over a month before he was able to return home. Mr. Liggett and his staff did an excellent job. His medical bills are now paid and he walked away with a nice settlement check. I am really impressed at how quick and easy Liggett Law Group made the whole process.
