I met David Hart about a year ago through another client he represented in a previous case. He has always answered my phone calls, which normally is not the characteristic of a lawyer. I am a bit disappointed regarding first my impression with Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law. I had a great conversation with counselor George yesterday and he spent an hour of his time speaking with me on my case. This is where it gets a little dicey.. Upon calling in to set a consultation appt. I inquired if my type of case would be a flat rate or hourly. I was advised that this would certainly be a flat rate. After speaking with George he advised me of the upfront retainer and explained anything after is hourly. I advised I was told differently, but chalked it up to a new hire in their call center who perhaps did not know better. After speaking with George yesterday I knew I wanted to proceed with his firm, and upon the completion of our conversation he noted they would be emailing over the retainer link to me later that day. I didn't receive anything on my end, or this morning so I followed up today and spoke to their receptionist. She was friendly and confirmed they had an accurate email address for me. She then let me know how busy George and the firm are as he was presently in court, and explained they haven't sent anything yet. Meanwhile, the other four attorneys I spoke with yesterday, have all followed up multiple times and each sent me emails to move ahead with their services. When the receptionist read back my email as correct I advised her that it was a shame as one of two things are the case... 1) This firm/attorney is simply unorganized and unable to follow up on commitments made, or 2) This firm/attorney is too busy with their current case load to give my case the attention it will require. In either case, first impressions are extremely important to me, as they are with most people. When a firm fails to follow through on what they said day one.. my trust is lost. Especially when considering I am trusting you with my families future. All the same, I could tell George was kind and very knowledgeable of his trade and is very likely an outstanding family law attorney. Perhaps its just a matter of needing better/more paralegals or receptionists, either way, if I can't trust you with the small things, there is no way to trust you with my larger concerns.. at least not where family is concerned.

He became extremely unprofessional which left my disabled mother without a car. Police report clearly stated that the other driver ran a stop sign and hit me, totalling the car. Have way through he up and quit my case. He just wanted me to sue for medical so he'd get paid better. No consideration at all!

Victor Rodriguez helped me understand the lawyer jargon I would encounter during different parts of the process. Working with this Law firm was the best decision I could have made after I was rear-ended in an auto accident. I worked with Victor Rodriguez and his team in the Fort Worth office and it was an exceptional experience. After trying to fairly negotiate on my behalf with both my and the other parties' insurance company, we were headed to court. I wanted to throw in the towel many times but Victor reassured me that he was not going to give up and to be patient. He was able to settle my case out of court and in my favor. This was not done overnight but it was due to outside parties, not the law firm. If you are smart, you wouldn’t look any further. The hype for Witherite and associates is an understatement, as everything, including the hype, is bigger in Texas. However, Witherite not only delivers, the attorneys and their team go above and beyond to make sure they bring nothing but excellence to the court room! These people definitely do their research, homework, extra credit, and totally make the other attorneys look like C average students by doing so.. (this is not a lie; I seen it with my own two eyes.) Both of my attorneys (especially Victor) did very well at helping the jury visualize the pain and suffering I have acquired due to my car wreck in 2016. It was a long, sometimes frustrating almost 4 years, but Victor and his team made sure I was always in the loop and knew what was going on in my case. I am excited that it has come to an end, but bittersweet because I grew to actually like these people like family. Lol Thank you Victor, Vicki, Roxanne, Angelica, and all the other people whom I had the please working with in the last few years. I truly can't say enough about them. I was always treated with respect throughout the entire process. The team called regularly to pass on updates, and to ask if I had any other Dr visits. Attorney Brittanie Johnson, and her team, got me way more than I expected, in terms of service, and outcome. Hopefully I don't, but if I ever have another accident, she has earned my business. They fought tooth and nail to get my hospital bills lowered, and fought hard dealing with the insurance companies. If you are ever in an accident, I highly recommend Stoy Law to take care of you. You really don't have to lift a finger, as they gather all pertinent information related to your case. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They truly are a professional group. At no point did I feel like they weren't doing anything. Job well done!

My husband and I were hit my a semi truck in February. We went with a big law firm thinking they would take care of us and to our surprise we were very wrong. We felt alone and never got a response when we would reach out. Collin was recommended to us by our chiropractor and he and the team at Stoy have been amazing.
