I was rear ended and just thought the person who hit me’s insurance would do as promised. A friend suggested they were dragging it out for a reason and to contact Ms. Rogers ASAP, so I did. Wow am I grateful! Apparently the driver’s insurance said they would pay for my medical hoping I’d wait so long I couldn’t prove my injuries (and they were never going to front that money as they finally admitted). Without Ms. Rogers, they’d have gotten away with it! She helped me find proper medical care (which was an immediate help - I was really hurting, but I was trying to tough it out which wasn’t so smart). She kept in touch, worked really hard, was straight about the pros and cons at each step, explained what was happening, and got me a great settlement. If you call in you never actually get to talk to the lawyer. They asked me all the same information multiple times and scheduled return calls several times but never called when they said they would. After 2 days of wasting my time they said they don't take my certain kind of case even though they advertise that they do. In the end they referred me out to someone completely different. When I recommended they don't advertise for that kind of case if they aren't taking them they responded its not that we don't take them we just aren't taking any right now.
