If I could have rated this law firm a 0 that’s exact what I would give them. Be careful what you let come out of your mouth! Why is that?! This law firm STOP representing me because I told the at fault insurance adjuster that Daniel Stark were no longer represent me due to the fact she will only speak to the law firm. They were pretty much the “middle man.” Laura was one of the people on legal team and I was told they “assisted” with property damage…..LIES! Laura last came to me on what my two options were with the insurance claim. I didn’t agree with it and rather than trying to help me figure it out or how can we make the at fault insurance meet me in the middle. She was just nonchalant about everything and since she was much help, I politely hung up and called the at fault insurance company. The comment I mentioned above was due to the fact I wanted the adjuster to talk to me instead of to the law firm because again I wanted to negotiate and they just was up to. That being said the at fault adjuster forwarded the voicemail with the comment I made to the law firm and due to the comment I was let go and I told them why I made that comment. I still can't believe to this day that I deal with a injury and how they lied and told me I had to settle for 1300 after getting hit by a 18 wheeler. I was told prior I would be getting so much more. Then when the 1300 popped up was told there was nothing that could be done or id owe money in court fees. A complete way to discriminate, take advantage and get rid of me. Andrew Traub was recommended to me by my neighbors when we were having issues with a geothermal HVAC contractor. The unit was on month 3 (!!!!) of installation with no end in sight. Mr. Colley and his staff worked so very hard on my behalf to achieve a win that otherwise looked grim and unpromising. After telling my twisted tale, Mr.Colley with a smile accepted the challenge, and a challenge it was. We were involved in a horrible car accident where the party at fault had way too much to drink. Thankfully, we all survived the impact but we were left with a lot of medical bills and therapy following the event. At first, we thought we could trust the insurance company to secure our best interest, but shortly after the accident we received a call with a settlement agent trying to get us to agree to a minimal amount, promising that we would not seek further damages. Before I said anything I felt the need to seek counsel. We called several law firms in the Austin area. It wasn't until we spoke with Paul Colley, though, that we felt perfectly comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. I am in my mid 40s and I know that experience counts for a lot. There are a lot of young kids out there, claiming to know which end is up, but sitting down and looking these guys in the face, you know that the only thing they want is to settle your case for whatever they can get so that they get their share of the deal. It's a sad state of affairs, but nothing could be truer. When we met with Paul, his focus was not on settlement but rather on understanding the circumstances of the accident. His staff gathered documents pertaining to the event and built a case that was later studied and carefully assessed by Paul himself, not an intern or a recent grad. We rested the case in his hands and we were kept abreast of developments as they became available. The end result was quite different than what it would have been, should I have accepted the ridiculous offer from the insurance company. We were awarded the payment of ALL of our medical bills, the restitution of our vehicle and a fair settlement for the time and suffering incurred by this reckless driver, that in my opinion should be behind bars for a good while. In short, we are very grateful for all the work Paul and his staff put forth in our behalf. We are grateful for the experience he brought to the table and his thorough knowledge of the system. If you have been a victim of an accident, don’t try to deal with the insurance company yourself. Hire this man and let him do the heavy lifting for you. You’ll fair far better with him on your side than alone.

I must admit I am very late in getting around to this review. My wife was involved in a car wreck a few years back and of course the insurance company was gonna throw us some peanuts and send us on our way. An old friend of mind told me to give Mr Colley a call. I have known Paul since he was in high school and I went to school with his brother. I felt like another number we ended up just terminating the lawsuit my mom passed away dec 31 2019 the lawyers started out very helpful then passed around the lawsuit like a gift bag and never got anything done we provided the same documents numerous times and they told us for almost a year they would get the med records but never did the with the 60/40 still in effect wanted 3000 to hire a professional then when we had the money said it would be another 7500 to retain them after all that we just gave up since the lawfirm had seemed to do the same everyone was very polite though but that was it
