I hired Mr. Lindsey to help restore my firearms rights in Prince William County Circuit Court. From the moment I initially contacted Mr. Lindsey he was professional, confident, and courteous. Prior to ever receiving a dollar from me he gave me an overview of the process and assured me that he could get this done. Fast forward to 10/9/2020 and we are appearing in circuit court. Upon our arrival we noticed an error with docketing on the courts behalf. Despite Mr. Lindsey filing all pertinent information in the correct manner, the court made a clerical error and did not have my case on the docket. The judge attempted to have this rescheduled at a later date but Andrew would have none of it! He challenged this point and advise everyone involved that he had made no errors and would like for his client (myself) to be able to have the right to a speedy resolution. The judge agreed and after a brief recess, signed an order restoring my rights! Mr. Lindsey is an attorney for the people and no push over. It was my great fortune to connect with the MacDowell Law Group and to have Mr. Bhavik Patel represent me. My case related to a traffic accident where I was the injured party and my car was totaled. At first I tried to deal with the other driver's insurance company but after a few months I realized I hit a brick wall. Mr. Patel represented me efficiently and won the case. His skill dealing, in this case with insurance companies, is coupled with a friendly, professional manner. I never had to call him for updates he was the one to reach out to me. Worst law group. My interactions with them was for the minor case that was handled by them but all they did quote: " The prosecutor too tough and hardcore and doesn't let us deal with them." I don't know if I'm going to the court in front of the judge or deals behind the door. Funny that they had my case for over over a month and all they did was just come to court with me and left before me... worst service ever. Even 1 star is too much

Excellent law firm! Had a meeting with the 3 attorneys that work out of here, and they each had a hand in my case. Mr. Mathew kensky was the attorney that ultimately represented me in my case, he did a superb job in presenting my case and defending me against the prosecutor. I was being accused of wreckless driving, plus 3 other related charges. I completed all the prerequisites asked of me by the law group and it definitely helped my case. Everything was dropped to a single improper driving charge. Which I happily accepted. Mr. Kenskys expertise and prolonged service in the courts has helped him create a wide array of connections among the police and the prosecutors. All of which helped my case profoundly. Hired Mr Freeman, but was dissatisfied. Waited to the day of my court date to ask for video surveillance. Felt as if he didn't even attempt to look into my case and just showed up telling me to take the deal instead of advocating for me. Nice guy, funny, but all in all money down the toilet and a charge for something I didn't commit.

While he can make a lot more money with doing a trust, Mr. Young advised us to do a thorough estate planning, since our children are all grown. Before we went, we thought this practice will for sure break our bank. As it turned out, it was very affordable, very thorough and gives us total peace of mind. Krista showed grit and determination through this pandemic to help me get the best possible results in this case that was already being delayed. This may sound like common review language, but I would not move forward with your case until you have CHASENBOSCOLO review it. They made the best impression on me from start to finish out of any lawyers I checked out over 3 years. Most encounters convinced me I would have better result representing myself until I meant Krista at CHASENBOSCOLO and other people on the team. Everyone I had contact with was kind and helpful. The member taking the initial call was able to comprehend the complex case and see paths forward. They continue to be responsive to my concerns and have been willing to push through getting me medically and financial aid. When my doctor’s report stated my recovery was going to require surgery otherwise I would be paralyzed so they fought to get the surgery and follow up care required.
