Not a proper or smart law firm, your case will not even be managed by licensed lawyers and the office is setup so the paralegals working there are doing all the investigations and interviews, the paralegal handling my medical malpractice case (Nilda Luca) wasn't able to focus on 1 thing at a time and either kept answering other calls while I was in the middle of talking with her at the office or putting me on hold for other people if I was talking to her on the phone.
