They said I could have a free consult, then they turn around and tell me it will be 250 because it wasnt a pending charge in Va . On the other hand, Daniel, Medley & Kirby did discuss my issue with me free of charge, so if ever needed, they definitely will get my money (I spoke with Benjamin Sharpe, he is an awesome guy)

I tried to settle with insurance company on my own with no success. People, don’t try it without a lawyer! After interviewing several lawyers I met Bridget Long and knew instantly she would be the one to help me through this process. Allen and Allen was recommended by a friend and she was right... best place in town to get help when you have been in a car accident that wasn’t your fault and injured as I was. Allen and Allen is professional with a true family feel. Bridget Long listened to me and treated me like family. Very happy with my settlement that I know I would have never received on my own. This was the first time I've had to hire an attorney (for personal injury) and although I was a little uneasy Chris made the process extremely easy. He listened to my concerns and fears as well as my frustrations. I felt as though I was more than a case to him and that he genuinely cared about the progress with my injuries. His Assistant (Pam) was absolutely amazing as she would call or email to check on me. They kept me very informed as to what was happening with my case. When Chris received a settlement offer he called and had an in depth conversation with me. He explained every aspect of the settlement in great detail. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen (Chris Jones) for any personal injury case. My injury was the result of an automobile accident.

Mr. Childress is the best lawyer in the Lynchburg area, hands down! Ive used another lawyer in town before that was very good, for a different legal matter, but he is not on Jim's level! Jim takes everything into account, is very communicative to your questions and will "shoot it straight" so to speak, but you also have too shoot him straight. It was great watching him work in the court room. I'll never use another lawyer for any of my legal matters!!

Not helpful and he found a way to use up my $1000 deposit just to withdrawal when I voiced my concerns about why certain things were not done in a timely manner before I was going to send another $1000. I guess they expected me to just keep throwing money at them and not ask questions.

Been my first time in a car accident, I was unsure of what to do and how to proceed with the case. The lawyers at Burnett & Williams took care of everything and I did not had to worry about much. Ms. Tommie was a huge help working non stop with the case and making sure she got every little detail that matters. Always getting in touch with me and informing me of the status of the case. Jim, the lawyer, is an exceptional character with a great sense of humor, but most of all, a passion for what he do. They will absolutely make sure that you get the best of your case. They did not meet my expectations but exceed them in a way that they put tears in my eyes when the case was close. They helped me big time and I will be forever grateful! I will miss hearing from Tommie here and then but most likely I will call back just to say hi! And David's accent, is one too remember. ????. My husband and I met over Zoom with Brandon and his team to discuss my husband's injury. We had not been involved in an accident like this prior and did not know the process and how to navigate working with an insurance company. Brandon and his team were very generous with sharing their knowledge and expertise and walking us through what the process looks like from start to finish. I have been working with Mr Osterbind and Julia on a current case, and they have been nothing but helpful, plus they made progress in this case that I couldn't get to go anywhere. Osterbind Law, PLLC successfully won a case for my son against Guardian Life Insurance. Guardian was trying to cancel his long term benefits due to lack of understanding of his physical and mental health.
