The receptionist Jackie or whoever keeps giving us wrong information, our lawyer is named Chris i believe he dose not communicate well, we have been with them since September and nothing is moving forward. we were told not to file our own case because if we do then they cant help us.But Chis has done nothing since September they keep saying they are waiting on more paperwork. I Will not be working with them again once my case is settled and I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Thank you Chuck [and staff] we brought you a challenging case. I got the call at work no wife wants to get, “your husband has been in a motorcycle accident and he’s being airlifted to Fairfax”. My world stopped. Next came my introduction to insurance companies and I knew quickly we needed an expert. Our case fell into that 0.1% of rear-end collisions where the car in front was the wrongdoer. Chuck came to Court with us, he made sure we knew our rights. The driver in front thought he did nothing wrong even though he received a ticket at the scene and was later convicted at trial on the traffic ticket. The driver’s insurance company would not admit wrongdoing on their insured’s part. Mr. Roberts made sure all the necessary witness testimony was captured. He negotiated vigorously on our behalf. I think the insurance company was hoping we would wear out and go away with less, they apparently underestimated Mr. Roberts. Any attorney can negotiate from the comfort of us his Office but Mr. Roberts made sure he was there in Court with us even from the traffic ticket stage; that takes dedication and tenacity - qualities you want in an attorney handling your case. Mr. Roberts was brilliant in the handling of our case and we are very thankful to have had his expertise working for us. I’m not sure another attorney could have achieved the same settlement figure with the same set of facts.

Extremely competent and knowledgeable attorney. If you want to win your personal injury case - look no further. He will grill you on the details of your case and make a decision on whether the potential is worth your or his time (as any good attorney should), but once he decides to take it - you are in good hands. I contacted Mr. Roberts regarding an injury that I sustained during a car accident. Mr Will was presented with a complex blended family situation and a existing will that was hastily prepared and inadequately drawn up. His experience and professionalism was proven within a minute by direct questions and thorough feedback to our responses. Months of premeditated worry were quickly replaced with a "we can do this after all, just the way we wanted to" feeling, A week later, we left with a specific will, along with financial and medical power of attorney documents. There was a surprise bonus, because of their reasonable rates, we were able to pay the bill off in it's entirety.

Would definitely not recommend Paul as a divorce Attorney, seemed to be afraid to stick up to my ex-wife’s Attorney or take my case to Court. Missed something MAJOR in my divorce agreement that will cost me thousands of dollars EVERY time I go to see my kids and he and has assistant were belligerent and resorted to name calling while I was in their office. Definitely avoid using him.

Simply the Best! Paul goes above and beyond all other lawyers. He knows the “System” and works it to his advantage. Really, all other attorneys are a waste of time and money. You get what you pay for! That is a fact with Paul. My Ex has taken me back to court two times since the Final Decree and it is actually embarrassing for the other attorney. The money I have spent with Paul far out weighs what the witch was trying to get. It actually has become quite amusing watching the witch and her boyfriend squirm when their attorney is being reprimanded by the judge. After being a victim in a devastating car accident and having a horrible experience with a dishonest at-fault driver and the craze that resulted with his insurance company I was referred to Dulaney, Lauer and Thomas - specifically Mr. Andrew Thomas. My first interaction with this firm was completely different from the others I contacted - beginning with my initial discussion with Corrina one of the Paralegals. She was so compassionate, patient and understanding - an actual human being that cared. By our second discussion before I went in the office to meet with the attorney she has already researched my collision and obtained the driving record of the at-fault driver educating me on his horrible pattern of driving offenses the past few years. This was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Within a week I was having an in-person meeting directly with the attorney (Mr. Andrew Thomas) versus a conference call or meeting with some other member of his staff like other law offices I contacted attempted to do when I initially contacted them. I knew as soon as I stepped in and shared my experience I was in the best hands - someone who was well respected, qualified, professional, compassionate and caring. Throughout my litigation process I was never made to feel like "just another client" communication remained free and open and my questions were answered within 24 hours or less. Mr. Thomas and his firm literally held my hand and thoroughly explained each step of the process which helped me to clearly and realistically set my expectations - and they did not disappoint me one bit. I hope to never have another auto accident but if I do I will not hesitate to do business with Mr. Thomas again.
