My children and I were in a catastrophic head-on collision and were all seriously injured. I called Jim Leach and he investigated and determined that the auto insurance coverage would not even touch the hundreds-of-thousands in medical bills for me and may family, let alone my lost wages. Then he did the unthinkable – he told me he would take care of everything and waive all of his attorney’s fees and expenses. He and his staff worked for more than two years making sure the medical bills were paid. He negotiated with our health insurance company over their liens, fought the collection agencies off and settled with the the auto insurance coverage. In the end, we received most of the auto insurance coverage for me and my family. We would have been lost and completely overwhelmed if it weren't for Jim and his staff. They went above and beyond for sure. If you need a lawyer, I can certainly recommend Jim and his staff.

When I was in a car wreck, Jim and his staff first had to fight through the liability insurance company, then did the same with my own insurance company to make sure I recovered everything that I was entitled to. Then they went the distance to make sure all of my medical bills were satisfied and every aspect of my case was covered from start to finish, all while keeping me informed and updated on what was happening. Jim and I became friends and I am grateful for the help that I received. I hope to never have to call Jim again, but he is definitely the go-to guy.

After being hit from behind, I tried to deal with the insurance company on my own, but soon learned that was a mistake. The insurance company just wanted to blame my age and anything else they could think of except the wreck. They also kept pushing me to settle before I was ready. I called Jim Leach and from that point on, he and his staff took great care of me, especially helping me get medical treatment. My case is now done and I am very pleased with the personal service and attention that I got from Jim’s office. I would recommend Jim to anyone who has do deal with an insurance company, and I say call sooner rather than later.

Robin is a very good attorney. Very blunt and truthful, some may not like flaws being so bluntly pointed out by someone they are paying very well to do a job for them. But I personally would rather her prepare me or whomever she is representing with any and all issues before being surprised in a courtroom. They have amazing front of office staff that is very helpful, kind, polite, and accommodating. Prices seem to be fair and they offer payment plans if need be as well.

My family know Bill and his family in person for over 20 years. We know that he is a hard-working lawyer and dedicates to his cases and clients. Several times when we had friend-gatherings, he might call off in the last day or two since there are clients he needs to go visiting or preparations he thought he needed more checking and evaluation. I hired Mr. Summers for a 32 year old expungement. He sold me well that he could handle it with no problems. Smooth at first, then nothing but problems. COVID did delay things but that was not the problems. Prepared documents with my name on a different case and after corrections, grammar was horrid. Never filed papers on time, waited forever to get hearing date and then had to reschedule because he didn't file all notifications required. I get the sense he is not trusteed by Judges and hearings will be set for everything instead of being trusted to do agreed orders. I was billed 2-3 times for communications and actions that never took place and had to challenge charges, so his billing practices are atrocious. He is extremely disorganized, and blames his staff for his neglectful behavior. Finally had enough, I fired Mr. Summers, Hired Jeff**ry R**d and my case was over with in 10 days I did receive half my retainer back as requested. It's incomprehensible that Mr. Summers will actually deliver on something of a serious nature if this is how he handled a case that required very little effort and thought. I just cannot be silent on this and people should be aware.. His rather lengthy response is a lot of explaining for a lawyer "that did everything right" This will be your attorney folks.

Waste of time! Doesn't follow up or back with clients even on the court date! Unprofessional, wouldn't have known he had got off our case on the date of court. If we hadn't called! Excuse was because my husband was rude with staff which was a lie, I was on each call. They wasn't doing there job, each week we called, they had know clue of what was going on, not handling business and we are states away. Poor piss law firm!!!
