I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span. After receiving my DUI, I wasn't sure what to do or what the next steps would be. I was nervous/scared, but once I met with Brian, I knew that he was the right Attorney for me. I cant say how much I am impressed with Mr. Sloan's work. It has been a long process with the court due to Covid. I went to Gilbert court today and left completely happy. Gilbert court is suppost to be tuff but the judge Mrs. Laurin was awesome. My 1st offense. I had BAL over 0.08. I took a 16 hour course. Obviously my name is not John Doe; I'm using that for privacy reasons because my case isn't quite yet shut and I'd rather not have my name publicly connected to my case (or at least minimize how public it is). The Suzuki Law firm was awesome in my case. My sister and I got into an argument online around October of last year, and some things happened that led to her reporting me to the police and I ended up getting arrested on 3 misdemeanor charges; Mr. Richard Smith handled my case and he got me down from a $2800 fee and 18 months jail to just some counseling and community service and a $280 fee, only a TENTH of what I initially would have had to pay, and case dismissed with prejudice, assuming everything is successfully met within the next six months (forgive me Mr. Smith if there was more than that you negotiated for me or if it is incorrect; as far as I'm aware, that is what it was). They gave me a payment price that I was able to follow through with when I hired them, and I will be forever grateful for the hard work that was put in and kept me out of jail; I'll be able to get this out of the way quickly and put it behind me and move on with my life. The very worst experience ever. No contact no follow-through no nothing. Victor states he’s an attorney but he’s not. Confirmed with the state bar. I am using a fake name for this review because I would rather not use my real name for this, but I was facing a DUI charge and several drug possession felonies in the state of Arizona. Joshua Davidson was able to reach a deal with the prosecutor that gave me a chance to complete my case with several less charges than I had been charged with. Joshua Davidson is on point with communication and never made me any promises. Despite not making any promises he was able to get me probation and not any jail time. I would recommend this attorney to anyone in Arizona facing drug possession or DUI charges. He is obviously very experienced in this field and will do his absolute best to find the best possible outcome for all of his clients.

After reading several reviews, I was confident in selecting Josh Davidson and I am more than glad I did. I had called one other highly reviewed attorney prior and spoke with a receptionist who put me on hold for several minutes then told me she would have the attorney call me the next day. After 2 days and no call back, I called Josh Davidson's office. A receptionist answered but told me she would check to see if Josh was available and he accepted the call right away. I already felt better that he offered to talk to me personally. From the beginning, he was very supportive and maintained that support throughout the process. Josh is extremely knowledgeable with laws, penalties, options etc. and was very thorough in explaining everything and ensuring all my questions were answered before they even arose. I never had to talk to an assistant, he answered all my calls and emails personally and was willing to meet with me face to face when requested. There were several things I would have done incorrectly or been unaware of without his guidance and he definitely made the whole experience as painless as possible. He has a lot of experience and expertise in his profession and a good reputation which I am certain helped in my case. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done.
