I don't even know where to begin. I had been under a whole lot of stress due the pandemic, loosing 6 family members within a 3 month span. After receiving my DUI, I wasn't sure what to do or what the next steps would be. I was nervous/scared, but once I met with Brian, I knew that he was the right Attorney for me. I cant say how much I am impressed with Mr. Sloan's work. It has been a long process with the court due to Covid. I went to Gilbert court today and left completely happy. Gilbert court is suppost to be tuff but the judge Mrs. Laurin was awesome. My 1st offense. I had BAL over 0.08. I took a 16 hour course. I have to pay 1600 in fines, no more classes, no jail time, no probation. Restricted license and most likely interlox soon. I recommend Mr. Sloan for your DUI attorney. I would have Been facing more. Hired for a criminal speeding ticket, was highly sold on getting ticket dismissed or at least reduced, called several times to clarify citation and possible outcomes. Felt I was given false confidence. After pre trial and court hearing, was told case is a long shot to win and facing jail time if a non guilty plea entered.
