I always thought I was just like anyone else here in the states. Not really knowing that I wasn’t documented until I became aware of conversations the older adults had in my upbringing regarding immigration. I was referred to Mr Lebeau by another attorney in Long Beach for a restraining order against me that I was unaware of. Other attorneys I hired had not been able to find the restraining order to help me take care of it. Mr Lebeau was tenacious in his investigation, despite opposition by LBPD and the DA to produce evidence of a judge's order. I had a warrant out for my arrest in 2012 in California, I was in California for only 4 months in 2012 and have lived in New England and Florida ever since. I do not know anyone in CA so I researched well known attorneys in the area and came across Jimmy and his great reviews. My wife was ticketed by a police sting on grubhub drivers delivering alcohol. This was a misdemeanor charge. They used a dummy minor (17 years old, but he looked like he was in his 20's.
