Steve went above and beyond in helping me resolve a petty theft case. For someone who had never had any run-ins with the law before, the entire process of going to court and retaining an attorney was all new and very frightening. I had a warrant out for my arrest in 2012 in California, I was in California for only 4 months in 2012 and have lived in New England and Florida ever since. I do not know anyone in CA so I researched well known attorneys in the area and came across Jimmy and his great reviews. Since the first phone call he was upfront with me about the price, process, what I would need to do and what he could do. He answered all of my phone calls, emailed me all the paperwork i requested and kept me updated during every step of this process. When the judge refused to lift my warrant he fought for me to be able to post bail from out of state and got the judge to sign off on it when the judge was very clear he wanted me to fly out to CA for this case. Jimmy went to court for me today for the last time and got my case dismissed!! He called me as soon as he got out of court with the great news. His pricing is extremely fair, no hidden fees or extra charges. He was a pleasure to speak with and I would recommend him to anyone I know. Had a charge from 2001 I violated my probation, after so many years wanted and with a bench warrant. Hello, my name is VA. and I’d like to share a bit of my story with you all today. I came to this country as an infant and was brought up in Los Angeles, CA. I always thought I was just like anyone else here in the states. Not really knowing that I wasn’t documented until I became aware of conversations the older adults had in my upbringing regarding immigration. Growing up I was always living in the shadows thinking I had to constantly watch out for “la migra” and not go beyond the LA county “or else”.
