Called a number of firms. This was the only one to answer. Chelsey was knowledgeable and they were willing to wait for me to get there. Court was the following day so there was a bit of panic. This was for a restraining order for a false allegation of domestic violence. Met with David Wallin & he had a plan.Have been working with Bart as our assigned Attorney & Chelsey as the best paralegal in my opinion. This was for my Son. They have filed everything needed and my Son went from extremely worried to being able to finally breath & feel that the truth was going to be enough. I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff at the Law Offices of David M. Wallin. We had a relative out of the country that had trouble entering into the U.S. due to an outstanding bench warrant that was issued some time ago. David Wallin and his staff immediately took action on the case and within a week convinced the judge to recall the warrant and on top of that, the case was terminated by the judge. Kevin, really knows what he's doing when it comes to handling criminal cases. Brenda and himself are so sweet and funny and really care about their clients. The Law office of Thomas M. Spivack did an amazing job with my case. With COVID-19 I didn’t have to worry about several court dates. Went on the final day and he had my case dropped from a DUI with huge fines, Jail Time, and months of Driving School Classes; to a Dry Reckless. Never heard of a Fry reckless but he did his home work and found an opportunity to reduce my case. Highly recommended to anyone needing a miracle worker. Best experience I’ve ever had at court. Thomas Spivack was great! He has many years dealing with DUIs and as a 3rd DUI convict I was fearful to what would happen.. he made everything very clear and it felt like he was more of business friend who actually cared to hear my story and was ready to fight for me. I’m so thankful for his representation. He initially represented my 2nd offense and shortly after the 3rd. Shameful for my poor choices but he made me feel at ease which was very important to me and I received a pretty decent outcome. NO JAIL TIME I’d also like to add that my 3rd got charged as a 2nd. When I went to Leah, I was facing 2 weapon violations which were 3 years in County jail for one, and the other was 3 years in State Prison which was 6 total years for the combined charges. Leah managed to get 1 charged dropped which was possession of a silencer in CA. and the other charge was reduced to JUST probation for two years and NO JAIL TIME!! I will also have to do some classes a few days a week but the idea of not being in jail is a true God send! This Law Firm is just incredible and I would suggest them to anyone who needs a top notch Criminal Defense Team. I thank God for leading me to Leah and her team! The Chesley Law Firm communicated frequently with us about the case. Conveniently located very close to Van Nuys Courthouse, they knew the Judge and District Attorney in my Court, and I think their experience helped out a lot in my criminal matter. I searched for a top rated criminal attorney close to our house (as I knew we would need to see them several times) for my husband, who was charged with a felony. Debra's information came up and I contacted her after reading her website and bio. Upon speaking with her, it was obvious to me that we needed to meet with her in person, she was genuine, sincere and really seemed to want to discuss the case in more detail to see how she could help. When we met with her, she advised how we should proceed, what the defense would cost us and the next steps in the case. She was honest and direct right from the start. Debra was professional, experienced and knowledgeable regarding the charges in the case. She sat with us, in our initial meeting, for about an hour taking notes and talking through strategy in order to devise the best defense possible. With my husband's past criminal record, the case was going to be a challenge to win and Debra put forth every effort to get us the best possible outcome and she succeeded; the case ended with a dismissal. When I got my DUI I was in complete disarray. Between my family, business, and future, I was having trouble sleeping due to constant anxiety. Not only was I involved in an accident, but I had an extremely high BAC. Needless to say, I feared the worst. After talking with 3 separate lawyers, I then met with Scott, who after 1 meeting I knew he was the right attorney for me. Scott will take on any case, even the one's he's not competent in tackling. He cares about money not you, your families, or anyone's well being. He is not a criminal defense attorney he is strictly a DUI attorney. He does nothing but talk than during the trail he has very little to say! It was obvious after two years of working on my case and taking money he never read a single document Trail was embarrassing and I was ultimately sent to prison for a case that I could have done better representing myself. If you have a DUI he can help you. If you have a criminal case I'd go elsewhere

My daughter in law paid $50,000 to this man to defend my son in a gang related murder that my son innocent .Scott promised to have my son home after pre liem and it's 3 yrs later my son still in jail and Scott excused hi imself after pre liem. .was paid $50 .000 to appear 6 times to court ..now we find out there was a 6 yr deal offered he refused and never told us anything HE LEFT US GOING TO TRIAL WITH A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY AND WEN I CALLED HIM DESPERATE WITH $3000 TOWARDS TRIAL HE LAUGHED AND SAID HE WOULDNT WAIST GAS FOR TGAT MMMMM. .!

I want to start off by saying that I’ve made a lot of mistakes retaining the wrong lawyers in the past. I have no doubt in my mind that Aizman law firm has been the absolute best choice I could have made. If you want the A team of law firms standing behind you, Diana and her case manager Olga are the power couple you are looking for. Not once did I feel left hanging on any questions that I had. I am still surprised to to this day on how attentive they both were to my case. This is not a typical law firm.
