He was just trying to help me and noone would lissen to me the way he did. Because he has a good heart . And he was feeling that what I was going true . Mr. Miranda was very professional and very educated, he always reassured myself and my family the status of the case as well as taking the time to explain the laws in the book & the charges that were being placed. Very communicative, he got my felony DUI dropped down to a misdemeanor in a court that rarely grants misdemeanor charges! He was even able to get my court fees significantly dropped!!! This would've been my second excess of 100mph charge. After the first one I got when I was 18 I didn't wanna find out what a second offense would be like. License suspension, $1000 fine, 3 points on my record I didn't wanna take a chance. I called David met him at his office for a consultation. I decided he's the guy for the job. The day of the hearing he calls me while I'm at home and tells me the good news. Case dismissed! I couldn't belive it. Mr.Dastrup, going forward will be the attorney I would recommend to friends and family as well as for me if I run into trouble again.

I got a speeding ticket on a street near my house. It was my first ticket in 7 years, so I assumed that I could go to traffic school to avoid having the ticket appear on my record; but when I logged on to the court website to pay my ticket, it said that traffic school was not available to me. I found out that the speed recorded on the ticket was 1 mph more than the amount permitted for traffic school. So I looked online to see if there was a traffic ticket lawyer in my area that might be able to request traffic school for me. I called the office of David Dastrup, in Long Beach, and left a message with the receptionist. Mr. Dastrup called me back right away and answered all of my questions. I told him that this was my first ticket in 7 years, and he explained to me that the amount of time between tickets wouldn’t help me in court; he said that many people go for a long time before getting a ticket… it doesn’t always mean they didn’t speed the entire time… it just means they hadn’t been caught yet. He did say that he might be able to request traffic school and possibly even lower the fine a bit. I told him that I was only concerned with keeping the ticket off of my record, and not really that concerned about the fine. The fee he quoted me for his services was much lower than I expected, so I jumped at the chance. Mr. Dastrup has an online portal for sending/receiving documents and for messaging, and he was very good about keeping me updated on my case, via the portal. After my trial (which I did not need to attend), Mr. Dastrup called me and told me that he was able to get the judge to lower the speeding amount so I could go to traffic school, AND he took almost 2/3rds off of the fine amount! I couldn’t believe it; I thought for sure that I would end up with the ticket on my record for years, and that I would be saying to myself, “Well, at least I tried.” I could never have accomplished this without the help and expertise of Mr. Dastrup. Thanks to him, the results were above and beyond what I expected. Mr. Dastrup is very knowledgeable, friendly, a good listener, great with maintaining communication, and charges very reasonable fees. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to give another shout out to for getting my criminal case dismissed. I already said this but so grateful in the new year. I know they said this doesn’t always happen but it worked for me. Simply put, stuff went wrong accidentally and I needed help. I didn't know what to do at first but remembered my friend had hired an attorney for speed contest racing and license suspension in Los Angeles. Apparently that's a crime. So he hired this lawyer. The Chesley Law Firm communicated frequently with us about the case. David Diamond has represented my son and had gone against every principal you try to teach your child with accountability, honesty and integrity. Everything we tried to do as parents to protect and teach your child to do the right thing was thwarted by enablers and David Diamond. We would always tell my son that we love him and he will figure it out one day. He still has to figure things out and to live a productive life in society but he knows now the ones who had his best interest at heart and the enablers. When we tried to get our son into rehab, every effort was to fabricate and make excuses for behavior rather than to acknowledge the behavior and find out why it is occurring. Thank goodness my son does realize that he needs to adjust to society in order to excel in life.....which does not mean you give up your personality and beliefs but you exist where you can be happy and content in life but still follow social rules and guidelines. This will take many more years for my son to learn and David Diamond hindered that along with three enablers who have since apologized for their part in what they have done to lead this child down a path that was not ok. Please .....every parent vote as if this were your child who you were trying to help, yet being hindered every step of the way.......

Dave is an awesome DUI attorney. I was honestly worried sick about what I was facing. LA is a commuter town and you have to have a license. This is not New York and you have to drive. I don't want to go into too much detail but Mr. Diamond pulled off a miracle for me..
