All these positive reviews for what ? This incompetent lawyer couldn't even get a reduction for a old case and then the state law ended up changing to reduce it anyway , was just anxious to collect another attorney fee for nothing . His disrespectful assistant will try to ask for your social security number which no lawyer ever does which is even more concerning. Now have to go to arbitration to get my funds back. All in all do not trust this lawyer for your case in any hopes of a positive outcome. Pathetic.

There are times in our life when we are thrown into challenging hard times. Wondering how do I get through this or even how did I get here! Well Mr. Paul Geller was that guiding light. He provided the answers and hope I was searching for. As we know the judicial system is not always perfect and doesn't always protect the innocent. Being falsely accused of domestic violence and arrested for it was disheartening and scary. I actually got to see first hand how the law can be turned around and work against the innocent. This is an accusation that can destroy a person's life and reputation. I knew I just couldn't trust anyone to hold my future, my life in their hands. Mr. Geller got me through that dark time, allowing me to continue living my life free. That is priceless!

David, has passion, dedication, and professionalism. I've hired lawyers before, but David is truly the best I've ever worked with. David went out of his way when I needed him outside of business hours. He was on top of it for me when I was very stressed & had anxiety. I was thankful for him reacting quickly. I was falsely accused of attempted murder on a local university campus. Although a key witness denied seeing any violence imposed on the accuser, and there was no physical evidence of an assault, I was arrested because I'm a "big dude," and the accuser was a "small girl" (actual explanation by campus police). Mr. Matsuk's diligence on my case got my case thrown out by the DA, and I'm now able to pursue a career that requires background checks. I strongly recommend Mr. Matsuk, as he's forward in his disposition.

I retained Leonard Matsuk to handle a challenging case for my Godson. He had been convicted in the past when he was 18 y/o and was advised to plead no contest by his then public defender. The public defender met with my Godson for all of a few minutes as they were preparing to appear before the judge. This misdemeanor conviction had some serious immigration liabilities for my Godson. The only way to remove this conviction was to put a motion before the Judge to get the original conviction overturned or dismissed by the court. Leonard explained that there would be several roadblocks to overcome in a case like this. Generally, prosecutors and Judges do not like to go back and dismiss a conviction. So knowing it would be a challenge I believed Leonard would do his best. And he did, with Leonard’s legal knowledge and strategy along with all the good and positive contributions documented about my Godson giving back to our community. The motion was put together by Leonard. In the end, Leonard presented the motion to dismiss to the Lead Prosecutor and they did not block it. I was in the court last week when Leonard Matsuk addressed the motion before the judge, he answered the judge’s questions. The prosecutor advised the judge they were not blocking the motion. And the court room challenge was over, the judge overturned or vacated the original conviction thanks to Leonard Matsuk and his legal skills and knowledge. So here is my perspective on this case, and of Leonard’s work. Leonard was honest and upfront from the beginning about this case. He explained to us the challenges involved and the slim possibility of success with this matter. However always pleasant and in a down to earth manner, Leonard answered our concerns, he was available by phone and email. So I extend my gratitude to Leonard Matsuk for a job well done. I highly recommend his legal services, he is a good person! Oh and Sue who is his Legal Assistant is awesome too! Thank you, both.

Alan was spectacular and strategic which led to our ultimate success. Robert also was amazing and played a vital role in my immediate release. The strategy they developed including finding terrific expert witnesses that specialized in my exact condition was significant. This might seem long but based on my own experience, concise reviews are not so helpful when it comes to finding a CRIMINAL Defense attorney. In a recent experience I had in Los Angeles, I was accused of criminal conduct by law enforcement. While on bail waiting for my court arraignment date, I was extremely worried particularly because of my immigration status as I am an international student on a visa. I could not take any risks in dealing with this matter because any of the accusations I was facing could significantly jeopardize and harm my future in terms of education and career. Because of this, I decided to do extensive research and choose the BEST attorney out there to handle my case and fight the accusations ASAP. After a week, I short-listed a few law firms including the Eisner Gorin LLP based on a few criteria such as, online reviews, records and credentials, as well as the responses that attorneys have provided to the legal questions that were asked on the internet. Moreover, as I was educating myself about the judiciary system of the US, I realized that apparently it can make a huge difference if the defense attorney has a good relationship with the prosecuting attorneys and if he/she understands the dynamics of their office well, which in my case would be the LA city attorney's office. So I also tried to make sure my attorney has the best reputation among their office as well. Considering all the above criteria, when I talked to Mr. Dimitry Gorin, he listened to my story very carefully and agreed to help me. I was not very hopeful myself, to be honest, but I felt very comfortable talking to him, he described the possible outcomes and explained his strategy which sounded very reasonable and effective. After talking to him, I became confident that he was the best attorney that I was looking for. I signed the contract with their law firm and started collecting the documents they requested. They immediately began working on my case. Long story short, the prosecutors ultimately decided to reject my case for filing. This means no criminal charges will be even filed against me. This is truly my dream outcome and I could not wish for anything better. Because of this I am very grateful to Mr. Gorin and his team and I will always keep praying for them.

I want to start off by saying that I’ve made a lot of mistakes retaining the wrong lawyers in the past. I have no doubt in my mind that Aizman law firm has been the absolute best choice I could have made. If you want the A team of law firms standing behind you, Diana and her case manager Olga are the power couple you are looking for. Not once did I feel left hanging on any questions that I had. I am still surprised to to this day on how attentive they both were to my case. This is not a typical law firm.
