I got into a situation (Charged for vandalism) a little over two months ago. I met with Cargal and hired him to represent me. I came across Matt because my boyfriend had gone to him in the past and got good results. I had couple of warrants because I didn't complete the classes that I needed to do for a DUI that I got. I had contacted different lawyers just to see how I felt about each one and to see what they would say my options were. When I spoke to Matt he made me feel like I was gonna be ok. Explained to me everything that I needed to know and explained what he could do to help me fix it. He removed my warrants and re instated my classes and everything that I needed to get done without me having to go to court. I got him another case for my uncle that had a warrant and was arrested and he went to court for him. He was able to get him one year probation when it was gonna be 3 years and some classes. Really can’t say enough good things about Robert and what he does professionally while representing you, and most importantly who he is as a person. Not only did I get a favorable resolution in my case with Robert, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well with my own well being and you can tell he really cares and has your best interest in mind all while being compassionate and non-judge mental. Had three citations with fines totaling $2,200, with a possibility of having my annual insurance premiums increased by $1,400 per year for next three years or $4,200 plus $2,200 for a total of$6,400. All three citations were dismissed and I did not even have to go traffic school. A job well done and i highly recommend attorney Franklin Johnson.

I write this review with all seriousness and gratitude. I had a ticket that I had paid for, but because of COVID -19 the Beverly Hills Courthouse had been slow to update my ticket information. I honestly wouldn't recommend this lawyer or his law firm. This lawyer has too many cases that can't keep up and help his customers as he should. I had a case with him for 6 months and during this time he never did any kind of investigation on my case. He cancelled appointments in very short times or he wouldn't be at his office at appointment times. He will call you only when he wants more money. If you have a loved one that he is representing, i ask you not to choose this lawyer. He and his firm will try to pursuade you that he has is great and has all the experience to help you with your case but will not do their job. Please look for someone who is profesional about his job and representing his customers. Surprisingly after three years I get reply for the firm about taking a look at the case! After three years a love one can be serving a long sentence or even life because of the bad service that you provide for your customers that you charge to represent. If you don’t have the staff to represent your customers, stop been so money hungry and taking on cases when you can’t represent your clients.

We found Janet Hong through a personal referral and we are so glad we did. My friend's 15-year-old son got charged with robbery for pushing some kid and taking his cell phone. His son is autistic and suffers from severe social anxiety and depression. He was already in counseling and receiving special education through the school, but recently his behavior had gotten worse. Ms. Hong was very sensitive to these issues. She understood what he was going through as a teenager with special needs and knew how to get through to him. In the end, her experience dealing with minors in the juvenile court system came through. She was able to get the case dismissed and sealed. It was such a relief. My cousin was charged with attempted murder in Riverside for allegedly stabbing someone. He was facing life in prison. We could not believe it. We didn’t understand the process and we had no idea what was going to happen to him. My family and I all pitched in to hire Janet Hong to take his case. From day one she was responsive, knowledgeable, and answered all the questions we had - and we had many. Her experience and knowledge of the system became very evident the more we spoke to her. She was real, and she leveled with us about the seriousness of the case without sugarcoating anything. We appreciated that. But most importantly, we knew she cared 100% for my cousin. Called a number of firms. This was the only one to answer. Chelsey was knowledgeable and they were willing to wait for me to get there. Court was the following day so there was a bit of panic. This was for a restraining order for a false allegation of domestic violence. I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff at the Law Offices of David M. Wallin.
