The Law office of Thomas M. Spivack did an amazing job with my case. With COVID-19 I didn’t have to worry about several court dates. Went on the final day and he had my case dropped from a DUI with huge fines, Jail Time, and months of Driving School Classes; to a Dry Reckless. Thomas Spivack was great! He has many years dealing with DUIs and as a 3rd DUI convict I was fearful to what would happen.. he made everything very clear and it felt like he was more of business friend who actually cared to hear my story and was ready to fight for me. I’m so thankful for his representation. He initially represented my 2nd offense and shortly after the 3rd. Shameful for my poor choices but he made me feel at ease which was very important to me and I received a pretty decent outcome. NO JAIL TIME I’d also like to add that my 3rd got charged as a 2nd. During the hardest time in my life I was sitting In la county jail for about 3-4 years facing 6 consecutive life sentences when my attorney passed away , that’s when Jermey Karpel stepped in and took over my case . I got the impression he was generally incompetent. Spoke with him and he did some grandstanding about how law is like sorcery and made vague and general statements, then offered to take the case for 30k. An oxygen abuser. He replied to this and seemed to think he can authenticate telephone calls with a survey; demonstrating his competency and aptitude. Always do these tests before hiring an attorney.

Scam artist Now he's leaving some standardized reply to try to wash away his rejection. Sad. 5.0 star rating In 2019, my son was arrested and was accused of a serious crime. His case was deemed "difficult to defend". My son was looking at life in prison and I needed to find a great lawyer to help him. We looked at some lawyers but then we saw the Law Offices of Shaun Khojayan & Associates. We immediately called and was greeted by Gracie. She was kind, helpful, and understood our emotions. She set an appointment for us to meet with Shaun Khojayan. Once we meet with him we knew he was the one that would defend my son. He was very helpful and we were delighted to hear that he was able to take on the case. We hired him and it was the best decision I made for my son. During the preliminary hearing, he and his wife did an amazing job defending my son and found inconsistency in his case. After the preliminary hearing, Shaun wrote to the D.A to dismiss his case, and then we waited. While we waiting to hear back from the D.A we entered the COVID pandemic and my son's court dates were delayed. Despite the many delays, Shaun constantly stayed in contact with my family for updates and we appreciated the communication on his part. His hard work paid off when my son got a miracle deal. Adam stayed on top of things and would constantly check up on me to ask if I had any questions or if I needed to do anything he would let me know as soon as he had the information I needed. Answered all my questions same day or would get back to me once he had the information available. Very out going and easy to talk to. Overall great experience with them and they were able to reduce the charges on my case.
