I had a warrant out for my arrest in 2012 in California, I was in California for only 4 months in 2012 and have lived in New England and Florida ever since. I do not know anyone in CA so I researched well known attorneys in the area and came across Jimmy and his great reviews. Since the first phone call he was upfront with me about the price, process, what I would need to do and what he could do. He answered all of my phone calls, emailed me all the paperwork i requested and kept me updated during every step of this process. When the judge refused to lift my warrant he fought for me to be able to post bail from out of state and got the judge to sign off on it when the judge was very clear he wanted me to fly out to CA for this case. Jimmy went to court for me today for the last time and got my case dismissed!! He called me as soon as he got out of court with the great news. His pricing is extremely fair, no hidden fees or extra charges. He was a pleasure to speak with and I would recommend him to anyone I know. I called Micheal’s office on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until Monday. I got a call that same day! Not only was he quick but he was able to answer all my questions in detail. Michael Guisti does what he says. I can't say enough about my experience with Michael. I was looking at a felony charge with jail time and other requirements that would change my life forever. A little stressful during this time as COVID shut everything down and extended my court time which is in itself stressful, adding more time and the prolonging, in my opinion, made it worse. Michael, during this time was able to speak on my behalf reducing my felony charge to a misdemeanor without jail time or any other requirements except a fine. I can't thank Michael enough, I hope this helps. If anyone is looking for an attorney with ideas, who's reasonably priced and does what he says he's going to do please give Michael Guisti a try. I found Steven Bloom on Avvo. I had never needed an attorney so I did not know what I was supposed to be looking for. Steve went above and beyond in helping me resolve a petty theft case. For someone who had never had any run-ins with the law before, the entire process of going to court and retaining an attorney was all new and very frightening. I have never needed to hire a defense attorney before and Shouse Law responded very quickly and professionally. I was fortunate to have Mr. Neeraj Singh on my father's case. Mr. Singh was thorough, precise, and communicated clearly with me and my father (his client). He answered questions concisely and was a pleasure to work with. Attorney Bettencourt took care of all my legal needs without me having to return to California since I leave in a different state. Dan the Man is what I'd like to call Mr. Dan Chambers. I'm not quite sure where to begin to describe all the greatness received, he's like the jack of all trades within his line of work. Not sure if that the proper phrase but i guess what it all narrows down to, Dan Chambers is one of best. Although it was not me personally being represented by him, he made sure I was kept in the loop of everything going on, brokedown details of the case in layman's term made sure I understood what was going on and what was happening next.
