No one really wants to hire a lawyer or go to court but if you do Jina Kim is your attorney. We went into her office asking a lot of questions and we were unsure what the process was. Jina did not sugar coat it. She explained everything in detail and told us what the best and worst-case outcomes could be. Every time we had a question she would answer them and when the court date arrived she went to fight for us. She was able to get us the best outcome. I am very happy with all the customer service that we received not only from Jina but with her office staff too. I will defiantly refer her and her office to anyone that needs an attorney fighting for their clients for the best possible outcome.

Chris Glew is by far the best Criminal Defense Attorney in Orange County (actually understatement, California). I have used his services 2 times in the last few years and I always ended up happy with my results. Chris doesn’t tell you why you want to hear, instead he handles what needs to be done. ***IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING AN ATTORNEY ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE YOU NEED TO STOP LOOKING AND USE RUDY!!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER FIND BETTER!*** I needed an attorney a little over a year ago because I made a foolish decision to take something that want mine from a major retail store In an amount over $950. ???? Finding Rudy was easy because after searching "Best Defense Attorney for Veterans in Orange County" he was everywhere and his reputation precedes him in every single manner. From day one Rudy took time to listen to me, talk it out, and my biggest fear was the retainer given his credentials (definitely research them if you haven't because he is rare) and history in the courtroom. I was shocked at not only how fair his rates were but how willing he was to work with me on what I could afford payemnt wise. HE DID SOMETHING THAT NEITHER I NOR PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE IN COURT HAD EVER SEEN ON THE FIRST DAY AND I KNEW THEN I HAD THE BEST ATTORNEY MONEY COULD BUY. There was a confusion about an old case I had which the DA absolutely did not like and I was supposed to be arrested for it. The DA didn't like me too much at all I guess from day 1. Lol ???? I found out about this the DAY OF court and started sweating bullets as I knew I was going to jail if even for a book and release. NOT WITH RUDY. He literally had a bail bondsman already there with us and while I see the two officers getting up to come detain me, he somehow got the judge to agree to let me sit up in the courtroom until bail was posted for me. Even the cops looked confused like their birthday was taken away. AND his guy worked with me on payments without question because of Rudy's vouching for me. (I wish I remembered the bail company so I could recommend them) Long story short, I had some delays due to coronavirus but he managed to take 1 Felony, and about 5 or 6 Misdemeanors (I got them while on bail. Driving with suspended license.....x3 ????, and a few others) and had Every...single....thing......*wait for it*...DISMISSED aside from the felony which was dropped to a misdemeanor with bare min. in restitution allowed, no jail time, and a small 10 hours of community service!!!!!!! What he did, how he did it, and the respect he has from every single person when he enters the courtroom makes you feel like you retained Superman or some type of high powered celebrity attorney. I am baffled at how humble he is with his track record and can only hope this review might save you time and a criminal record, as well as the smallest way I can pay it forward to Rudy. I will forever feel indebted to him. You will never regret hiring him, I would put my life on that wager.

You're not going to find a more affordable experienced lawyer! Rudy not only got my case dismissed he also filed for the sealing of the case on my behalf! Every step of the case he was open to every question and was very good at explaining in a way i can understand. He is amazing at his job. I have a history with the legal system so for me to recommend Rudy..Is big.. Out of all the lawyers I've come into contact with Rudy is by far the best. He really worked with me on payments and didn't charge me for things he should have. I lost my job due to this case and he was super understanding to my situation. He has a sign that says Top Mench in his office.. and i believe he embodies exactly that!

As a result of my actions, I found myself unfortunately involved in the criminal justice system. The charges filed against me were serious in nature and involved a moral turpitude component, which if found guilty would have impacted my professional licensure and my ability to earn a living to support my family. Rudy Loewenstein is an honest lawyer, with significant experience dealing with the criminal justice system. He provided a realistic appraisal of what might happen during the process, and what I could expect as a possible outcome. As a result of his repeated negotiations with the prosecutor, my case was entered into a pre-trial prosecutorial diversion and ultimately my charges were dismissed. Additionally, Rudy successfully petitioned the court to seal my records, all but eliminating my mistakes from the public record. Life today is better than it should be, and without Rudy as my council, things would be very different. Bottom line is that you cannot go wrong with Rudy.

By far THE BEST all around!! When my young adult son got into trouble twice Randy was there 100 percent. Extremely caring, responsive and supportive. Chris is awesome too. When interviewing attorneys for my son's first case, Randy hands down passed the test. I like the fact he was a former DA because he not only knows the system, but he is able to ensure fairness to both sides, which was important to me. Unfortunately, had to retain an attorney for the second case which was different than the first, and I didn't hesitate to call Randy again. Thank you Randy and Chris for everything. We hired Ms. Cini to defend our son in legal proceedings. This was a new and somewhat intimidating process. Add a worldwide pandemic to the mix, and we were feeling completely overwhelmed. But under very difficult circumstances (due to the pandemic) of limited access to court proceedings, access to your legal team, and continual delays and postponements, Ms. Cini found a way to get the job done. She made the necessary connections with court officers and the opposing legal team and was able to negotiate a fair and just resolution to a difficult situation. She understood the sensitive situation regarding extended family members and persevered in serving her client (our son) in what we believe was a superior fashion. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in a bad situation. Attorney Maltaise Cini totally went above and beyond to help out my Daughter in her case. She took on her case in the last minute situation. Granted I never needed to Hire an attorney before, but I do think she was very fair With her fee. She also work with us on a payment plan. I remember just being so scared and not sure on what to do. Maltaise Cini didn’t make any promises or guarantees what she did give us was hope. She said she would do everything she could to have the court give her a second chance and try to put my Daughter in the position to earn a dismissal. 5 to 6 months later that’s exactly what happen. Maltaise Cini was more then just an attorney for us, she was like a guardian angel. She was generally concerned for my daughter, always calling and checking up on her. She help my daughter back up on her feet so that she could focus on her future. I know everybody’s situation is different but I’d be definitely calling her back if there is ever any more trouble. My family hired Ms. Cini to to help me with a criminal case that was very intimidating and daunting to try to process from the very beginning..After originally consulting a public defender it seemed that jail time was gonna be mandatory. She was able to not only get one of the charges dropped but avoided any incarceration and was able to make a deal with the DA and the opposing attorney, (which didn’t seem at all possible in the beginning of my case). I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my case and how much time and effort Ms. Cini put into my defense. It was extremely apparent the whole time she was representing me that she had my best interest in mind , and to be honest even though I know she is busy with many other clients , I felt like I was her only client with how attentive she was to my needs and how timely she was with reaching out to me about important matters to my case and getting back to me if I had any questions at all during the whole process. If I would have continued my case without her I have no doubt I would have received the worse case scenario which would have had a huge negative permanent effect on my life. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me and highly recommend Ms. Cini if you have any legal issues at all .

I hired Adam to take care of past problems and when you call the number his message states he is world famous, if he is not he should be!! I called Micheal’s office on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until Monday. I got a call that same day! Not only was he quick but he was able to answer all my questions in detail. The other attorneys I called didn’t seem to know as much or if they did wouldn’t share what they knew. Michael Guisti does what he says. I can't say enough about my experience with Michael. I was looking at a felony charge with jail time and other requirements that would change my life forever. A little stressful during this time as COVID shut everything down and extended my court time which is in itself stressful, adding more time and the prolonging, in my opinion, made it worse. Michael, during this time was able to speak on my behalf reducing my felony charge to a misdemeanor without jail time or any other requirements except a fine. I can't thank Michael enough, I hope this helps. If anyone is looking for an attorney with ideas, who's reasonably priced and does what he says he's going to do please give Michael Guisti a try. Originally, I gave Mr. Aguilar one star. Then Mr. Aguilar called me and discussed my situation at length. He explained the situation right now regarding the pandemic and why services are interrupted at this time. Although he handles state criminal cases, he did discuss my federal issue. I was totally satisfied with my conversation with him. I would recommend him to anyone that has a state criminal issue. Although, I have dealt with a lot attorneys in the past due to the work I did, he instilled confidence in me. Totally satisfied. Five stars for sure.

When I first entered into my legal situation it would not be hyperbole to describe my emotional state as a “wreck”. Dan the Man is what I'd like to call Mr. Dan Chambers. I'm not quite sure where to begin to describe all the greatness received, he's like the jack of all trades within his line of work. Not sure if that the proper phrase but i guess what it all narrows down to, Dan Chambers is one of best. Although it was not me personally being represented by him, he made sure I was kept in the loop of everything going on, brokedown details of the case in layman's term made sure I understood what was going on and what was happening next.
