Will may have a heavy workload and probably won’t check in on you every other day. Pay him the money and do what he says. Be honest with the guy and tell him what you want and he will keep it transparent and honest with you. Don’t pay attention to the wrinkled suit or sometimes bad hair day, the DA knows who he is and respects him. I’ve used him twice now and he told me if we fight this and lose YOU WILL DO ALLOT OF JAIL TIME. But I was honest about my case and was not going to accept the deal even if it was minimal and kept me out of jail. Will said then let’s fight this to the end. Guess what? DA dropped all charges before the trial started. Hope to never have to talk to him again but if things happen, Will’s a beast and my first call.

I only got to meet Mr. Bertz once and he was not able to represent me in court. Instead, he had someone else come with me. I was told to plea guilty (as I could have done by myself and without having to pay so much money). They were all friendly and informative in the office. However, I would have appreciated if they were honest if they didn't think I'd have a chance to win in court. The only real benefit was a 2-month stay on my license before it was suspended and that I had to take a 3-month course rather than a 6-month. Even then, I still would have saved a lot more money just taking a 6-month. In the 3-month class I'm taking, I've heard many people's stories. most people in situations just like mine were dealt the same standard penalties with only the help of a public attorney. I do believe Mr. Bertz is very knowledgeable. Although, not telling me that there wasn't much hope in my case from the beginning and the fact he wasn't able to represent me himself did not feel like he was "treating this case as his own," like he claims.

I had a felony case in CA that haunted me for 3 years and for the first time ever, I was concerned for my future. Over a 4 month period, I spoke to more attorneys than I could count on two hands; some I was able to get a hold of and some I couldn't even get past reception. I was not very keen on spending thousands only my defense lawyer and not even be able to speak with them. When I reached out to Ron, I was attended to within a few hours. This is exactly what happened to me and if this doesn't already tell you about the character of this reputable attorney then check his website and these raw and heart warming reviews. I was involved in an auto accident that was my fault and because I was afraid and acted out of that instinct I was charged with a hit and run felony, even though I returned. When I thought all hope was gone, I met this man of God by divine intervention! I was searching for criminal defense attorneys in OC and he was the first to pop up! Out of so many choices I knew it was God-ordained! At the time I was waiting for the police report for months and all to no avail. He will fight for you I really mean it .My husband was being ordered to register for life as a sex offender when his offense was not a registible offence. We lost everything due to this case. In 2008 I needed an expungement done on my record and she was not only able to grant me this but she handled it well and gave no problems. However, I don't know what happend with the people that gave her one star. That's unfortunate if the quality of her services went downhill after 2008! Lastly, due to her doing this, I've had no issues with applying for jobs since nor issues with background checks, criminal or otherwise.

Staycie Sena, is oustanding! She has made the impossible happen in our case. My dogs were taken away by OC Animal Care on a false claim and even though we were told I wouldn't be able to get them back to our family she brought our family together and got our babies home. My son over everyone thanks the lucky stars for Staycie. Our nightmare wasn't finshed there, we were being charged with a felony (w/prison time) but she really battled it out with the proscuter and the judge to bring it down to a misdemeanor which was better than anything I could ever hope for. She called me back right away. Was not willing to negotiate fee and wanted $500 upfront to write a letter. Her website states responsible rates and payment plans I was not given that option. When someone is in trouble it is not unheard of they need help NOW Ms.Sena said if I couldn't pay $500 today I should do it myself I wouldn't be calling her if I could.
