I can't thank Mr. Griffin and his team enough for their help. My 21st birthday went one of the best days to the worst day in my life as I blacked out from alcohol consumption and woke up in handcuffs. Ending my military career and changing my life forever. Mr. Garrison is an amazing attorney! He was very professional, answered all of our questions, and is amazing at representing his clients. We felt well prepared before each court date. Mr. Garrison truly saved my career. I was charged with four felonies involving firearms and Mr. Garrison convinced the Judge to dismiss three of the four felonies. I can not express how relieved I am after the full dismissal of my case. When I was arrested for felony domestic violence, I thought my military career was over. I can not thank Mr. Matthews enough for keeping me out of jail. Tom was an amazing criminal defense attorney. I was facing multiple years in prison and was very nervous and more afraid than i had ever been in my life. Tom calmed me down and made me feel comfortable about the whole legal process. I hired Dan Greene to help a family member with some legal issues. Dan was great. He really knows how to navigate the court system. We had a late request on Friday afternoon. Government rarely gets things done on Friday afternoons. Dan moved mountains to get our time sensitive issue resolved as quickly as possible on Friday afternoon after 4:00pm. Others that I have shared the story with say that is unheard of. Dan was also extremely empathetic and compassionate with the sensitive nature of our case. We were charged a fair price and Dan Greene delivered more than we expected. I would hire Dan Greene again without hesitation and would recommend him to others.

When my son got put in jail for drugs,Being out of townI searched the Internet in San Diego to find the best attorneys in criminal defense and going on the reviews thanks to the others who reviewed this firm I signed up with Attorney Armstrong’s firm. I was assigned attorney vanessa Albert, I was so lucky to get her she worked hard to get my son out of jail and went out of her way to help me with getting him rehab and pointing me in the right direction to resolve his charges she was honest hard-working and a delight to work with.. she was very dedicated and knowledgeable and made sure that she answered all my questions and concerns. Attorney vanessa albert is an excellent lawyer very easy to work with and I highly recommend her.Her charges are also very reasonable, for the amount of work she put in.

I came to the Kerry Armstrong after a domestic dispute involving the police. I called his office as soon as I was released from jail. They were very responsive to all my questions. I was so scared. Update: In response to the reply left on my review. I wrote "When I was convicted he left me to question the jury for an hour (to see why they convicted me) with no consideration to me or my emotional state." I was implying that he left me alone so he could question the jury. The fact that the "attorney" claims that I am another attorney trying to make him look bad is laughable and deeply unprofessional. *********** I'll spare you the details of my personal emotions and just give you the facts. I paid $4,500 for Mr. Terry's services after consulting one other attorney. He seemed genuinely on my side and seemed willing to fight for me. This changed after he charged my card. He promised me to speak to me about my case and prepare what he described as a "trial binder". He was aloof and rarely returned phone calls. Occasionally I received a reply via e-mail. I trusted him being as I had never been in trouble before and had no idea what to expect. There was also a witness to my case that contradicted everything in the police report he promised to subpoena. I was even in the room when he called the man and asked if he would be willing to testify. He did not subpoena that witness. He did not speak to me at all before my trial. He did not prepare a trial binder for me. He retained the help of an "expert witness" who was completely unprepared and had no idea the details of my case. An expert witness I paid for and trusted him to recommend. When I was convicted he left me to question the jury for an hour (to see why the convicted me) with no consideration to me or my emotional state. Before I signed a contract, after I signed the contract and after my conviction he verbally told me he would help me end my probation early (providing I paid for my fine by then and remained out of trouble). I called him twice and left messages with his paralegal or receptionist. He didn't return either call. I cannot recommend this man and I highly advise you against retaining his services. He's unreliable and the very definition of what gives lawyers a bad name.

I can't thank Isaac Blumberg and Darleen R. Newcomb(Legal Assistant) enough. Isaac Blumberg has represented one of my family members in the past and has represented me twice now and has not disappointed. I was convicted of a DUI in 2018. In 2018 I drove while having a suspended license (suspended license due to DUI) Isaac represented me and I received a Misdemeanor, remained on informal probation, and received a fine. On November 23, 2019 I was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, prior DUI within 10 years of VC23152 conviction. I was incarcerated November 23, 2019 at Las Colinas Detention and ReentryFacility my bail was at $100,000 I didn't have the money to post bail so I remained incarcerated in hopes that my bail would be lowered or I'd be released on my own recognizance at my first court appearance. That did not end up being the case my bail remained at $100,000 and I was not able to be released on my own recognizance however, Isaac Blumberg filled out some paper work to see if I could be approved to get out of Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility on County Parole and Alternative Custody (CPAC) before I was even sentenced. I was approved and was released on December 17, 2020 on CPAC the paperwork took some time to go through due to Thanksgiving otherwise after being approved I would have been out sooner. The ladies I was incarcerated with at Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility were shocked to see me be released especially on CPAC before I was even sentenced. I went from being incarcerated to being on CPAC to being on SCRAM everything slowly but surely got better. I did what the judge and Isaac Blumberg had advise me to do since my first court date. I stayed out of trouble, I stayed sober, I did an outpatient program, and etc. before being sentenced. I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent me. I could have been sentenced to 2 years in prison with a Felony or a Felony with 2 years of formal probation. The outcome to this case was that the Felony was brought down to a Misdemeanor today October 8, 2020. Due to COVID-19 cases were pushed back which is why it took this long for me to be sentenced. Isaac Blumberg is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a criminal defense attorney to represent them.

Mr Southcott was very personable when I spoke to him both in person and over the phone. He provided us with very great and helpful advice. He was very generous with his time in both his phone and in person consultation. The first time I contacted him was with a voice mail and then via the web site and both times he got back to me right away. We communicated via email and he responds any time, even off hours and on the weekends. His office is located in Old town and is easy to find.

There are so many good qualities of having Ed Southcott in your corner. He knows many people in the court houses and definately does his due diligence as an attorney. I was extremely happy with Ed's proffesionalism. He answered the phone when i called, responded to emails promptly and helped every concern I had with my court case. My husband and I were referred to Nick from another lawyer and we could not have been any happier. We needed help with our case regarding a restraining order and to ensure our children were protected. Nick was upfront and honest about fees, what we could expect and what he would expect of us. I found Nick Moore online when looking for an asset forfeiture attorney in San Diego. I wrote bail in San Diego for five years so had much exposure to the local attorneys.
