Mr. Garrison truly saved my career. I was charged with four felonies involving firearms and Mr. Garrison convinced the Judge to dismiss three of the four felonies. I can not express how relieved I am after the full dismissal of my case. When I was arrested for felony domestic violence, I thought my military career was over. I can't thank Isaac Blumberg and Darleen R. Newcomb(Legal Assistant) enough. Isaac Blumberg has represented one of my family members in the past and has represented me twice now and has not disappointed. I was convicted of a DUI in 2018. In 2018 I drove while having a suspended license (suspended license due to DUI) Isaac represented me and I received a Misdemeanor, remained on informal probation, and received a fine. On November 23, 2019 I was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury, prior DUI within 10 years of VC23152 conviction. I was incarcerated November 23, 2019 at Las Colinas Detention and ReentryFacility my bail was at $100,000 I didn't have the money to post bail so I remained incarcerated in hopes that my bail would be lowered or I'd be released on my own recognizance at my first court appearance. That did not end up being the case my bail remained at $100,000 and I was not able to be released on my own recognizance however, Isaac Blumberg filled out some paper work to see if I could be approved to get out of Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility on County Parole and Alternative Custody (CPAC) before I was even sentenced. I was approved and was released on December 17, 2020 on CPAC the paperwork took some time to go through due to Thanksgiving otherwise after being approved I would have been out sooner. The ladies I was incarcerated with at Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility were shocked to see me be released especially on CPAC before I was even sentenced. I went from being incarcerated to being on CPAC to being on SCRAM everything slowly but surely got better. I did what the judge and Isaac Blumberg had advise me to do since my first court date. I stayed out of trouble, I stayed sober, I did an outpatient program, and etc. before being sentenced. I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent me. I could have been sentenced to 2 years in prison with a Felony or a Felony with 2 years of formal probation. The outcome to this case was that the Felony was brought down to a Misdemeanor today October 8, 2020. Due to COVID-19 cases were pushed back which is why it took this long for me to be sentenced. Isaac Blumberg is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a criminal defense attorney to represent them.

Our 18 year old son was cited a 11357(b) ticket for possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana and was facing losing his driver's license for 1 year as well as the fine, penalty assessments and court costs. We hired Jessica to represent our son and the outcome was an excellent, superior result! The whole process could not have gone any smoother for us nor the outcome any greater. Unsure of the exact course of action we should take, we started looking for a lawyer who specialized in cases like ours and we found Jessica. Jessica was a breath of fresh air in the lawyers we interviewed. She was pleasant, all business, with a no nonsense approach to strategies we could take. We explained our concerns about the impact this citation would have on our son’s future endeavors and she recommended several strategies that we could use to mitigate the most severe results. Much to my dismay, my husband's foray into the world of medical marijuana resulted in a desperate need for an attorney. I found Jessica McElfresh on the NORML website and, from the first phone call, found her to be direct and knowledgeable. We interviewed several lawyers and I ended up retaining her as my attorney. I am SO thankful that I did. She spent a lot of time on my case, collected her own evidence, managed a very difficult witness, and worked to get a deal that will result in a total dismissal of all the charges. She responded to emails nearly instantaneously - even after hours - and telephone calls in less than an hour. I also felt like she always gave me a fair assessment of how the case was progressing and what I could expect. She answered any question I had, even if it were only peripherally related to the case and researched some other issues I was also concerned about. My husband ended up working with two other attorneys, both of whom had more experience and were more expensive. Unfortunately, those two things did not guarantee a better attorney. In comparison, she was clearly the most knowledgeable about our case and the laws surrounding it, the easiest to contact, the most organized, and a real workhorse. She is confident in her skills and will aggressively fight (which might not be apparent just meeting her one-on-one - have no doubt, she's a fighter). If you find yourself in need of a criminal attorney, I'd say look no further - she turns all those bad lawyer stereotypes on their head!

Anna and her team successfully wrangled to dismissal a very painful case against my partner and myself that arose from unfortunate circumstance and would have led to multiple charges against us. Her team was sensitive to the unique nature of the case and did not rubber stamp an outcome. While I personally felt communication could have been a bit better and it seemed I had to remind them of information I had already communicated and it's importance, the final outcome was what mattered the most. Mr. William Christoph, as others have attested to before, is an exceedingly hardworking, responsive, and kind man. Nick cleared up and old case that had been on my record for decades. Literally. For years the only way I was told I could deal with it was to fly across the country and take a few months out of my life to get it resolved. Nick was transparent, honest and no nonsense. can't thank enough and appreciate David Boertje, and his WONDERFUL Staff. I had my first DUI and was very concerned with the situation and on how to approach it. I had to keep my license because I drive for work and that was my main goal. I had spoken to a few attorneys prior to Mr. Boertje and they all gave me pretty similar scenarios, but the confidence, the reassurance and the step by step of what he would do to help my case gave me confidence that he can handle my situation. Not only that, but David answered my call on a Sunday afternoon, when others I couldn't get through, so at that moment I made my choice to have him represent me. The process of documents, courts, DMV hearing, and everything that I had zero knowledge of was thoroughly explained which made me feel very comfortable.
