Just a follow up to the mess Bamieh made...since they refused to take accountability for the poor job they did for my son (they got him to accept a deal based on false promise ie, they told him if they took the deal, he would be able to get a monitor. If they didn't know he would not be eligible into that program based on his charges, they should have:)we asked Atty Martin Zaehringer to help, and boy did he! We are forever grateful to him and we recommend calling him if someone you care about needs help!!!

My experience with Ron was absolutely terrible, he is cocky and arrogant, unprofessional and rude, how dare you say the things you did to my mom, I hired you my self paid for you myself and I alone took your advice I should have listened to my mom and not you, instead I had to hire another attorney to clean up your mess I used poor judgment thinking you had my best interests at heart, when you had the opportunity to make things right you left me in the cold. Whoever reads this use this as a cautionary tale.

I had a completely different experience with this firm. Unfortunately my young son got into some trouble and he hired Bamieh without me present. When I had questions, he never returned my calls. My son who tried to do this without me took a deal where he was misled. He filled out alot of paperwork provided by Bamieh, hoping to get electronic monitoring, especially now in Covid times...he were denied. It was explained to that these kinds of cases never get approved for monitoring and that the attorney should have known that. When I called the office I was extremely distraught upon hearing my son would have to be pulled out of rehab to go into jail, I called the office begging for help. I did admittedly drop an "F" bomb with the girl who answered the phone because I was so upset, but immediately apologized. Guess what, Bamieh actually called me back, but only to let me know he wasnt going to help me because I inadvertently had asked another attorney to look into it. He told me because of this he refused to make a phone call on my son's behalf. He took my son's money though. If you have a loved one who has gotten himself in serious trouble and just a kid, do not have them hire this very cocky and full of himself guy. Let him tell you about the books he wrote, or the accolades about himself which would have been fine. I like confidence...but he was not able to back it up. My son is going to jail in a few days. He can say anything he wants to about me, but it is my son who will be having to do jail time. My heart is aching. DO NOT HIRE HIM

My experience with Joshua Newstat was my first experience using a lawyer in my defense and I could not be happier with my choice. He was diligent, hard working, congenial, and really went out of his way for me. The entire legal process was new to me and Mr. Newstat held my hand through the whole ordeal and made sure I both understood what was going on and what my options where but also is a friendly person with a personality that truly helped reduce my stress level in what was one of the most high stress situations of my life. Above and Beyond! - that's how I would describe Jarrod and Roslynn Wilfert and their team of paralegals Marlene and Michelle. I don't wish a DUI on anyone but if you make a mistake like I did then there is not better person to help you through the process than Paul Tyler. Paid the firm on Dec.18. - I was told "If it took 22 trips to the courts my ".03 no -traffic stop DUI -would be dismissed". I heard no info. from them for 5 months- (when he sent me another person's entire file in error.) I then reached out to them in every way I could- and he did not get back to me for 5 more months- When he did call -he was full of complaints as to why my ".03 dui with no traffic stop" case was so difficult - After that, in 11.19 -he offered me a FULL REFUND in writing - I was very concerned so I flew to Calif to meet with him 1.20-- he offered many excuses as to why we could never meet. I asked both for my refund- ( never got it) and also for a copy of my fee agreement as he said he was "working for free"- ( I previously paid him a FORTUNE to handle this matter for me.- and his office recognized receipt and deposit of the payments.) Turns out, among other things, the fee agreement was never signed by either party-. Neither this man {or his firm} were reliable - they did only 3 boilerplate motions for discovery- including one failed pitches motion. Ultimately, once I found an honest ethical attorney- my case was dismissed in one meeting (by a bright ethical gal right out of law school.)
