I reached out to Mr. Tenenbaum because I've known 5 other people that have used him with amazing outcomes. And my experience with him was exactly the same! I got exactly what I was asking the court for and then some. Not only was he responsive, considering he's in court a lot of the time, if I needed a question answered or a message given right away all I had to do was contact Jessica in his office and it was done that day. I've seen a couple of reviews talking about "they only care about the money". First off every business, in order to run, takes money, if you don't have or want to spend the money then I would suggest getting a public defender and living with whatever outcome they give you. To be honest, he worked with me on the cost and I borrowed what i needed to because I knew that in my situation, I really couldn't take the chance on failing in court, and in my experience, you get what you pay for. So if you want somebody that's going to fight for you and right alongside you, to get you the best possible outcome hands down, then I would contact Tenenbaum Law Firm. Mr tenembaum has represented me on 3 different cases and also took on a few others with me and ran them concurrent with my current case. He has always worked with me on his pricing and when I had lost all hope on my second serious case I was looking at 16 years with the public defender he worked and worked amd worked and got me 3 years with half time. This man is very knowledgeable and gets to know you as a person and not as the criminal on paper he checks up on me makes sure I'm doing good. Answers any questions I have him and Jessica make a great team. The sheriff's department was refusing to release me my property he filed a motion and got my property back for me. Attorney Tenenbaum helped me with my DUI case, the results were impressive. Judge wanted to sentence me to 64 days in jail along with a pretty big fine, Attorney Tenenbaum brought it down to 3 days house arrest, no community service, and a lower fine. I used vacation days for the house arrest so my job was never at risk. I attended my first court after that Attorney Tenenbaum showed up for me for the duration of my case (few years). I’m very pleased with his service, staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend his services and will most definitely go back to him if I ever need him.

They definitely deserver a 5 star review. I was charged with 3 traffic violations: 1) speeding; 2) no proof of insurance; 3) no proof of vehicle registration. I called them. The lady who answered my phone told me that 2) and 3) are correctable and I can call the traffic court to correct them. Therefore, I just need to pay the fine for violation 1) and additional $60+ for traffic school. She also told me how much the law office charge and it's better to just pay the fine unless I really want to fight it. They don't charge me for anything but they answered my call very politely and professionally. They deserver a 5 star review.

I hired Tina Barberi to handle my DUI case. I totaled my car from hitting a curb. The officers took over an hour or 2 to respond to my accident. After a bunch of court appearances, the charges against me were dismissed because Tina fought really hard to win my case. I was never convicted of my DUI and I am so happy with my results. My husband had a minor traffic violation, VC 21453(c), red arrow turn violation, so I contacted Ms. Barberi’s office in regard to the citation. She charged us a reasonable and fair price. She took care of all the paperwork and court appointments immediately. We never had to worry if something wasn’t taken care of. She even notified us by mail of the upcoming court dates and the outcome of his case which was dismissed with no fine and no point on my husband’s driving record. I would recommend her to anyone else fighting traffic cases because they tell you everything upfront and explain what they can and cannot do for you.

What can I say? My criminal case just got dismissed on Thursday 10th of June 2021. I am FREE. I AM FREE. I AM FREE, all because I had the wisdom to hire Gill. You can tell a good Lawyer the moment you step into his office and you can tell a terrible one the same way .Trust me I saw it all during this 2 years of this terrible case. I lost my job and was about to be deported for a crime I didn't commit . Yes the government had overwhelming evidence to put me behind bar. Medical report, police report , 5 witnesses , 1 expert witness. It was like the end has come for an immigrant black man like myself . It was my word alone against the might of the government. I was scared. Gill wasn't my first hire. I hired one Richard in Sacramento ,who I must confess I knew more law than he will ever do. Richard tried to cut me a deal I refused. He bailed out on me before trial. Gill somera took on this case 4 weeks before trial. He breezed into the court room like he owned it looking smart in that navy blue suit. He wasn't afraid and that gave me that needed confidence. He talked with the DA. Trial was scheduled. He did his thing and on the 3rd appearance the DA gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I met Mr. Somera years ago as a juror on one of his cases and walked away amazed at the passion and gracefulness he had during trial. I asked him for his card back then because you never know when you need a good attorney and low and behold years later a friend needed help and I knew just who to call. This case was a devastating vehicular manslaughter incident and a young man was looking at years of prison time. Before we contacted Mr. Somera, my friend had a different private attorney who did not do him any justice. He was still looking at prison time and nothing was getting accomplished. I was losing sleep thinking that this attorney was not doing his best for his client and I knew in my heart that if someone could amend this situation it would be Mr. Somera. Brian was amazing and extremely helpful! He went out of his way and helped my case by meeting up with the other party and discussing my case before I even said I was going to hire him.
