This law office should be called "Colin Cares Law Office", because he really does! I was referred to him and when I sent him an email about my situation I thought I'd be just another nobody reaching out to an attorney. But I wasn't! I got a call from Colin and I was treated like I was a highly influential person that should get star treatment. (I'm not, I'm just an average insignificant Joe, like most of us.) That first phone call he listened to understand, explain to me what is happening to me and what needs to be done, and what he and his team will do. And right away Colin and his team jumped on my case. His office is not a high-volume low-dollar office. You get what you pay for. Colin and his team were great with response and truly passionate about helping me. My life would be totally different if I didn't hire Colin. To write this review I found Colin's website and reading it I could see he personally wrote the description himself. After experiencing working with him and then reading the website after, the description of his commitment for justice is accurate. I am a person of faith and I believe God used Colin and his team to help me out of a desperate situation. I will forever remember them as life-saves for me and my daughters.

Colin is without a doubt the best attorney in Denver. My case is not yet completed, but he takes my every call, every email, every minor question..every scared moment, he’s there; educating me on what we do moving forward and reminds me that everything will be okay and that I am not alone. He’s somehow both personal and professional, and knows the law so well, that he can and will protect you too. I’m ready for this chapter of my life to be closed but I’m also grateful he’s in this with me. I was being charged with a DUI, and refused roadside tests. I began the process of calling lawyers to see who would suit me the best . I called several lawyers and told them what happened the night of my DUI and just was not finding a lawyer who seemed to be willing to listen to me completely. Every lawyer I had spoken to would say we will get the best plea deal that we can .. That was not what I wanted to hear at all. After feeling like I wasn't getting anywhere with legal advice I called Lancaster Law Office and was connected to Barry personally almost instantly . Once again I told him what happened the night of my conviction and his first response was, "this is a case that I would like to get dismissed for you ." With just that response right there I knew he was the clear choice for me, it was comforting to know he wanted to help me and not just make a deal. I am so happy that I went with my gut feeling of choosing Barry to represent me . We went to court and pled not guilty even after they offered me a plea deal . The next step was motions hearing a couple months down the road . Waiting anxiously to see what was going to happen I had received a call from Barry a week later. He had informed me that my case was Dismissed with prejudice, meaning that the court could reinstate the charges if they found evidence that I was drinking the night of my conviction up to 3 years after dismissal . I was ECSTATIC it was dismissed !!!! A few months went by, I received a call from Barry saying they were reinstating the charges against me because they had found new evidence against me. I was at a loss for words and pretty frustrated because it made no sense to me and I was out of state. Feeling like I was back at square one with a new court date set I was frustrated and anxious about what was going to happen. A few weeks after receiving this horrible news I got a phone call from Barry. He asked how I was, and I responded " Im doing good , u ?' Barry said " well you're about to be even better , your case has been DISMISSED FOR GOOD !" I WAS SO HAPPY! Barry went above and beyond all of my expectations of him and got my case dismissed 2 times in less than a year!!! Barry made me feel like I was taken care of the whole time , if you're in a legal bind look no further . Barry is the man for the job and he will do everything he can to have the best possible outcome for your situation. He is the only lawyer I will ever hire again and I highly recommend him to any one in a similar situation ! I cant thank him enough for his work and I am more than 100% satisfied for what he did for me ! Thank you Barry !!!!!!!!!

Shazam is an outstanding lawyer. This guy milks the system to be in his favor he truly put his neck out for me multiple times and kept in great contact and explained every detail of the judicial system to my understanding. Hes got a personality you only find once in a life time. His level of professionalism and his desire to go above and beyond is spectacular. My family has gone to him with any issues that we have come across and he always shows the courts that he is very well spoken and very driven and hes very aggressive getting his foot in the door and getting the best deal he can for you. He works very close with the courts and has great connections and because of that he gealts the best deals. This guy has the spirit that every person in fear desires hes on top of anything that comes his way. I was looking at doing some time locked up and he got me a deal that is so incredible and I hope that you receive the same level of results as I did i cant express how amazing and pleased I am with this guy. I was looking for an attorney for my son who had very serious criminal charges against him. I had looked online for an attorney with good ratings. Shazam has a 4.7. I thought that was pretty amazing. I had been praying and I kept coming back to his website and customer comments. Because of that he is whom we chose. I could not be happier with our choice. I never expected someone to be so responsive. Any time an email was sent it was answered the same day, or Shazam would call us in person! We occasionally talked to his wonderful staff if they needed something from us. The attorney himself calling us back was AMAZING. When we met with Shazam in person, he was very upfront. He tells you his fee and that's it, nothing changes, no hidden charges. He was very blunt about the seriousness of my son's charges. He told us best and worst case scenarios. He gave us strategies to help his case, and things to start prior to court. Shazam told us with his years of experience the probability of what my son's sentence would be. The sentence ended up being better than all of us had expected, including Shazam :) My best recommendation I can give, if he gives you advice listen to what he says and follow the steps he lays out for you. My first time writing a review ever but a much deserved one. Before speaking with Monte, I had spoken with 3 attorney offices. His phone conversation convinced me to meet him to discuss further. It was because he seemed to care about the case and asked questions I hadn’t thought of. I didn’t want to waste any time meeting with a bunch of attorneys to try and fine the right one. He cut right through that on the call. Monte will be there with you from the 1st call, to the final court date. He was able to prevent my license from being suspended by a 28 point “Leaving the scene of an Accident” charge to a 3 point offense with some Community Service. You might think the Community Service is a big deal but I can tell you it’s better than a criminal charge, saved my license, and was a humbling experience to see a side of the community we might not see. Can’t tell you how grateful I was to get this outcome, as I was certain I would be unemployed afterwards.

Not sure what to say about my attorney Tom Nellessen and the Nellessen Law Office. After speaking to several attorneys, Tom was recommended to me by a friend. I was told that he was very skilled at what he does....and he is! Tom saved my life and kept me from being taken away from my family. All of the other attorneys that I talked to said that I would be going to jail for a long time. That scared me because I have a family to support. When my case finished, I received no jail time and my record was cleared! Mr. Nellessen was amazing!

I came to Mr. Iyer with a very difficult assault case. He was very patient, very fair with his billing, didn't overpromise, and kept his word. I was sentenced a no contest DJS (Deferred Judgement and Sentence) for 9 months with no additional conditions except for no law violations. In other words the city gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. He did try hard to get the case dismissed but the City Attorney was not willing to get that far. When working with Mr. Iyer communication is key. By my account he's an honest, and reasonable attorney.
