I should have done this sooner, but better late than never. Lynn Pierce, and Jack Hyland are experts in criminal justice. Not only were they able get me the best outcome for my situation, but they did it like it was second nature. I had a question about a very old case I had gone to a different attorney for. I wasn’t able to reach him so I sent Colin an email in hopes of getting an easy answer. . This law office should be called "Colin Cares Law Office", because he really does! I was referred to him and when I sent him an email about my situation I thought I'd be just another nobody reaching out to an attorney. But I wasn't! I got a call from Colin and I was treated like I was a highly influential person that should get star treatment. (I'm not, I'm just an average insignificant Joe, like most of us.) That first phone call he listened to understand, explain to me what is happening to me and what needs to be done, and what he and his team will do. And right away Colin and his team jumped on my case. His office is not a high-volume low-dollar office. You get what you pay for. Colin and his team were great with response and truly passionate about helping me. My life would be totally different if I didn't hire Colin. To write this review I found Colin's website and reading it I could see he personally wrote the description himself. After experiencing working with him and then reading the website after, the description of his commitment for justice is accurate. Colin is without a doubt the best attorney in Denver. My case is not yet completed, but he takes my every call, every email, every minor question..every scared moment, he’s there; educating me on what we do moving forward and reminds me that everything will be okay and that I am not alone. He’s somehow both personal and professional, and knows the law so well, that he can and will protect you too. I’m ready for this chapter of my life to be closed but I’m also grateful he’s in this with me. I had a DUI case since back in 2004, which I plead guilty for and was put on probation. I ended up violating my probation and skipping town to another state. Fast forward to 2021. Not having a driver license for the last 17 years has severely degraded my quality life. It is difficult to find good jobs, hard to go grocery shopping, go to my minimum wage job and just get around in general. I have had to ride the bus around for the last 17 years every single day…. So I made the decision to start the process to change my life, and that started with me finding Jay Tiftickjian Law Firm, P.C. My thoughts prior to speaking to Jay was that I was really scared about this old case. What if they ask me to go back to Colorado and do time. I was not prepared for this and this was a possibility that I was facing as I had skipped out on my probation. Shazam is an outstanding lawyer. This guy milks the system to be in his favor he truly put his neck out for me multiple times and kept in great contact and explained every detail of the judicial system to my understanding. Hes got a personality you only find once in a life time. His level of professionalism and his desire to go above and beyond is spectacular. My family has gone to him with any issues that we have come across and he always shows the courts that he is very well spoken and very driven and hes very aggressive getting his foot in the door and getting the best deal he can for you. He works very close with the courts and has great connections and because of that he gealts the best deals. This guy has the spirit that every person in fear desires hes on top of anything that comes his way. I was looking at doing some time locked up and he got me a deal that is so incredible and I hope that you receive the same level of results as I did i cant express how amazing and pleased I am with this guy. If I could give a better rating then 5 stars I would be more then glad. Seeing this guy in action is incredible. I was looking for an attorney for my son who had very serious criminal charges against him. I had looked online for an attorney with good ratings. Shazam has a 4.7. I thought that was pretty amazing. I had been praying and I kept coming back to his website and customer comments. Because of that he is whom we chose. I could not be happier with our choice. I never expected someone to be so responsive. Any time an email was sent it was answered the same day, or Shazam would call us in person! We occasionally talked to his wonderful staff if they needed something from us. The attorney himself calling us back was AMAZING. When we met with Shazam in person, he was very upfront. He tells you his fee and that's it, nothing changes, no hidden charges. He was very blunt about the seriousness of my son's charges. He told us best and worst case scenarios. He gave us strategies to help his case, and things to start prior to court. Shazam told us with his years of experience the probability of what my son's sentence would be. The sentence ended up being better than all of us had expected, including Shazam :) My best recommendation I can give, if he gives you advice listen to what he says and follow the steps he lays out for you. I was contacted by the police regarding a Hit and Run in Denver. I contacted Denver Attorney Daniel Murphy to help me. Dan explained everything that would happen very thoroughly. I was facing 7 serious charges one of them being a DUI. I am a CDL driver with all my endorsements.
