Kevin Kulik has really gone down the drain. He doesn’t show up to court answer the phone gives incorrect zoom information. His secretary Shannon is the rudest person I have ever came in contact with. She hangs up on you curses at you and then tells you you owe him money when he has done absolutely nothing for your case.
